Our stay at the McDonald Inchyra Hotel was very good, was there with my husband and grandsons for 1 night, we all had a lovely time, room was very spacious for 4 people, pool was great for the boys, breakfast was very good.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, they exemplified the whole meaning of hospitality and service, but they were let down by the food offerings. The food provision, especially breakfast, had delusions of grandeur well above its status and certainly above the price point and this let down the other departments of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were ample. However, the towels were frayed and the limited tea and coffee provision let down the room quality.

We come here every year for a couple of nights and we always get lovely customer service. The pool and spa facilities are especially smart, and the breakfast is very good too. The rooms are decent - a little tired, maybe, but fine.

Not likely to stay in a McDonald’s hotel again!
Very noisy at night and sound travels from room to room. The room we stayed in was above the door to reception and people stood outside in groups smoking intermittently till midnight. I managed to get about 4 hours sleep as sounds travelled from other rooms. We’ve stayed in other McDonald hotels but this one looked run down with faded carpets. The room we stayed in was the second one we were offered the first one 222 was up several staircases the last staircase was narrow and quite frankly dangerous- not impressed

Very nice hotel and restaurant. It could use some updating but that didn't detract from our stay. The food was excellent and the service was great. There's not much around this property so we just ate in the on-site restaurant. Convenient to the highway to the airport.

Most conformable hotel!
We had a lovely welcoming, also were upgraded to the Bridal suite as a surprise bonus! Lots of space in the room, the bed was so comfortable and black out curtains were excellent. We used the Spa, very clean and a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and overall the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful.

It service was very slow, some staff were friendly some not. The room was far too hot and didn’t look the cleanest. We booked for 2 nights but only stayed the one as it was so bad

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, quiet comfortable bedroom, good swimming pool and spa. Dinner and breakfast was to a high standard. Only complaint is charging £12.50 for a large glass of wine.

Inchyra Grange Stay
Our trip was amazing. We were there for our daughters wedding. Unfortunately our room was on the 2nd floor with lots of stairs. This was no good as my husband uses a mobility device. The member of staff, at reception, Kelly couldn't have been more helpful. She located a family room, on the ground floor, ans whilst we were having a joint family dinner, ensured the room was prepared for us. She was very pleasant and courteous, and nothing was too difficult for her to manage. I have to say she is a credit to the hotel and nothing was too much bother.

We were able to walk to the hotel from Polmont Station. Hotel had a nice feel and staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times.

Our stay was really good and just what we needed. Our hotel room was a bit dated and could do with a brush up and the pillows were awful but can’t take away from the wonderful time we had. Our evening meal was fantastic but breakfast was definitely overpriced

A nice hotel but captive audience for food & drink
This hotel is by far the best in the Grangemouth/ Falkirk area and has great amenities and service. I want to give a shout out to Sophie on reception who has always been helpful over the years I have stayed here and is a credit to the hotel. The rooms are not air-conditioned and can feel a bit warm on arrival whilst the heating is on. I did need to open the window to cool down. However, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and the beds are super cosy. I just wish that the £5.00 surcharge for items like Eggs Benedict was not on the Breakfast menu. A breakfast included is advertised and surely two eggs cannot be more expensive than a full breakfast. The food is good here but does carry a price tag to it and the drinks are priced higher tan may hotels I have stayed in and seem to be out of kilter with the area. Overall though I had a great stay, although I did eat elsewhere on this occasion. Although I didn't use them this time, the hotel has a well equipped gym and a lovely pool too.

We really enjoyed our stay, our 55 minute treatment(Deep tissue massage) was very well done and highly recommended, room was lovely, Breakfast was amazing, so much to eat and a lot of choice, the only complaint we have, Dinner was very over priced and salty

The bed in the room was very lopsided and woke myself and my wife up multiple times every night for the few nights we stayed with us and our kids. Told reception and was told they’d look into it and nothing happened

Okay but room for improvement
Overall my stay was pleasant. However, for a hotel like this I expected more. A few points let it down. I was in room 224 and it was the far end of the hotel up flights of stairs with lights that only came on as you went up, so I was a bit confused where i was going and had to carry a heavy case up the stairs. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. The main let down was the breakfast. Service was slow and the continental breakfast was not topped up in the 30 mins I was there, so there was no milk and only 2 croissants. The hot food breakfast lacked anything like pancakes and was only English breakfast style. I had the poached eggs and avocado which was nice but very small. A second piece of toast for two eggs would have been nice. The main restaurant is also pricey so I went elsewhere for dinner as my work meals budget wouldn't have covered much at all.
