“Do not plan to use this hotel on our next Steven's Point visit!”

There were several problems with the condition of the room: Toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall... Two lamp sockets were out of position in their holder. There was visible dust on several surfaces near the sink. The bed tipped upward on the opposite side as the occupant was getting up, when the 2nd occupant was not in the bed. There was a dark substance/stain around the rim of the tub.

“good value”

Low price with a firm bed, quiet and a Perkins next door.

“nice hotels with bug problems”

The staff was great, many rooms were being refurbished. However, we had bedbugs and were given a different room and had bedbugs there too. Saw bugs, trails and had bites. Not happy with that as we had to wash and dry everything before we left and we left scared that there still might be eggs in the luggage or shoes.

“small but clean”

A small hotel, but rooms were clean and staff polite. I would stay there again. I went to visit friends and fish so a pool or spa was not important to me. Had a nice contential breakfast.

“cheap and ok”

This is a hotel that has changed hands a few times and they seem to be making frequent repairs. 20 years ago it would have been an average hotel but it is a bit below average now. As the price was low, I considered it a decent value.

“You get way you pay for.”

One night stay. Room size good, very friendly staff, and the cheapest price in the area. Unfortunately, the bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept in at a hotel, the complimentary shampoo in the packet was BLACK-yuck, the showerhead squeeled, the windows were very small, the continental breakfast was definitely sub-par, and did I mention how uncomfortable the bed was? Oh, and to top things off (not that it is the hotels fault), after checking out the chiclet candy machine stole my quarter! Sometimes, you get what you pay for (sometimes you don't, see previous sentence!).

“Definitely NOT Worth the Cheap Rates...”

Deteriorating exterior and filthy rooms. The photos of this hotel are very misleading. We didn't expect much for the price, but toenail clippings and crumbs on the floor, dirty refrigerator door, stained sheets and absolutely no hot water in the shower were not expected either. We felt absolutely filthy during and after our stay.

“Will be here next time”

This hotel will be good for short stay like couple of days. Breakfast was not good enough.
