“Will probably stay there next visit”

“Great place to stay.”
The hotel was in a perfect location with beautiful views. The staff was very helpful. The shuttle buses were very convenient and we never felt stranded anywhere. We were disappointed that the washer and dryer were closed off in the "owner's closet" and were not available for our use, but we made due. It was nice to have three hot tubs as they were very busy after skiing, but we still had to wait until after we ate to use them as there were a bunch of very young children in them splashing around. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was a true home "home away". Clean, nicely decorated, functional.Great experience! The only disappointment for us was the sauna.Too cold, practically useless.
“Great place for couples or family!”
Excellent. Comfortable, efficient and we would definitely return. The service team was knowledgeable and very helpful. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Shuttle service to the mountain and into most all locations in town was great! Did not need to use the car at all. Perfect!
“Poor Housekeeping”
The resort is nice and the front desk was GREAT! We got maid service every other day and they did not clean a thing. They did not replace toilet paper. They only replaced half of the towels. We had to go to the desk for more dishwasher detergent etc. I was disappointed that things were not handled better.

Third time we've been there and wouldn't hesitate to return. Staff is terrific.

Spaceous, comfortable. Carpets and blankets could use a wash, but the overall experience was great.

Great place for the price! It's nothing all that fancy but my wife and I didn't go to Steamboat to hang out in our condo. We went there to ski! The staff was extremely friendly and would go out of their way to help with everything. Shuttle bus service was excellent. No problems whatsoever. The three hot tubs came in VERY handy after a long day on the slopes. I would stay there again for sure.
“Fine for us”
We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo that was clean and comfortable, with easy access to a shuttle, or in our case, being dropped off at the lift. Hotel staff set up a dinner sleigh ride with a local company that was very nice. Price reasonable for location.
