Loved the easy access to and from the I-81, parking was well lit, staff very welcoming, lobby and room very clean, bed was comfortable and room was modern with plenty of usb plugs and many channels on TV. Will be back next year for sure!

Great place for the price . The bed was amazingly comfortable! The room was a tad small but we didn’t need a lot of space. The breakfast, as are most, was okay but the coffee was freshly ground! That’s never happened before. All in all, we’ll be back!

We arrived after 3pm check in time and there were literally 2 cars in the parking lot. We were told our room wasn’t ready and we’d have to wait until it was clean. When I pointed out that no one else was there and asked if they really had no clean rooms, the person told me they did but that the rooms were already assigned and ours wasn’t ready. That is awful customer service and clearly spelled out that her comfort was a higher priority than guest comfort.

We originally had reservations at another hotel but the heater on their indoor pool wasn’t working so we came here. I’m so glad we did! The continental breakfast was a feast and the employees were all so friendly. Definitely will be back!!

At 5 AM I was woken up by the stomping and what sounded like furniture being moved in the room above mine. I called the front desk but there was no answer. I finally went downstairs and couldnt find any staff. I was later able to determine that there was only one person on duty and she was preparing the breakfast at the time. There was no one to deal with the noise and I wasn't able to sleep past 5. The hotel should have means to assure guests behave.

Front Desk staff was very courteous. However it was hard to sleep as other guests were noisy playing music loud next to me and you could hear guests above walking around not sure if it was because of the floor. Also the shower had hair on the little bench.

Stayed here one night while passing through with family. Everything was in excellent condition and clean. This is a huge step up from chain motels which oftwn have inconsistent standards for their franchisees. First time staying at an Avid, and will look for these again.

We were in an ADA accessible room with a roll in shower. After showering, the water did not drain properly and the whole bathroom floor flooded. When we called the front desk to alert them and asked to move rooms since it was now wet and sticky, we were told they had no other rooms available. When we asked if a team member could at least mop up the bathroom, we were told we could come get towels from the front desk because they only had one member on staff and she had to stay at the desk. It was unsanitary and frustrating. Additionally, the blinds in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t shut them for privacy or to block sunlight.

The staff members were very pleasant and warm. The cleanliness of the room was great. Grab bars in the tub, hand-held sprayer — excellent Liked the electronically operated shades. Good coverage of the "blackout" shade. The room was a little Spartan. I didn't go for the hooks instead of a closet. The bathroom was so big that the room clearly had space for a closet. I realize no closet is an economy, but our clothes shouldn't be a design element of the room. I like no-pile, office-style carpet in a hotel room, but the matting wasn't cold and probably keeps down the dust. More caffeinated black tea, please, as in English Teatime REGULAR — all the English Teatime you had Sat morning was decaf.
