“Satisifed”
The competitive quote resulted in a quality room at a quality location.
“Could be worst.”
I booked this hotel a week a head before my traveling, and when I checked in at 12 am I was told and few other people was told that yes we see your reservations but because of some kind of error, we have no room available for view, I was exhausted, so I slept in the lobby for 40 minutes, before hotel clerk notified me that I can go to my room. I don't like that at all, and certainly I didn't expect this from Sheraton.
“Not one good thing to say.”
I am normally a very easy going, forgiving person, but not in this case. The staff was terrible, and there was construction everywhere in and around the main areas and lobby. Could hardly get in and out of the hotel because of the construction. No one let us know beforehand, including Expedia. Our stay was for our son's wedding. They were not apologetic at all. The service was non-existant. The staff on multiple occasions carried on as if there mission at that moment superseded my existence. It was if they worked there for the hotel and the guests were a nuisance. I really wish I had one good thing to say, but I can't.........oh, wait, the location was just OK.
“great hotel...”
great hotel, easy in and off from I-95. great location, very clean.
“Good hotel”
Good hotel, better than expected for a Holiday Inn. Room was very comfortable, spacious, clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Location: although it's close to downtown and probably walking distance it's a bit far when considering snow, rain, etc.. It's good the hotel offers free shuttle everywhere in a 5 mile radius every 30 minutes, this was great!
“So-so”
It's not a bad hotel; just nothing to write home about. The biggest problem I had was finding it. I was looking for the hotel after dark and apparently the city had changed the street from Main Street to North Main Street. In any case it took me a while to find it and when I saw it, I had to drive past it because of street barriers. I turned as soon as I could but apparently made a wrong turn and lost the place again. It took me close to a half an hour wandering around before I finally found the place. I was beginning to feel like it was one of those New England "You can't get there from here" situations. It was busy when I arrived and the front desk crew seemed a bit harried. The other problem I had was that they missed my wake-up call. Upon departure, the clerk apologized when I told him and awarded some points on their loyalty program. In all, not a terrible place but not a glowing beacon for Holiday Inn.
“Great Experience”
Management are of high performance, everything went well except for 1-shuttle bus service 2-reception, any service at the reception is difficult to come through, always dont have a solution, but management interference covers them
“2nd time and would return!”
This hotel is located in a rather difficult to find spot - but once inside, you won't regret coming here. Rooms are very clean, bedding wonderfully comfortable, and overall, I couldn't ask for more. Price isn't bad considering you are within a short drive of NYC either.
“Very Impressed”
Great experience
“Flood Alert”
So the hotel seemed alright at the beginning, service was bad though. We checked in, no attention was payed to us at all. As we got to the room, we realised that our flush doesnt work properly. First try it flooded the whole bathroom and the entranceway to the room. Someone came up, no apology, made it seem like they were doing us a favor by giving us a new room. Breakfast the next morning, completely rude staff.
