This was a great vacation! The Marriot Frenchman Reef hotel is a beautiful resort to escape the winter. The views are breathtaking everywhere you go. The pool facilities are great overlooking Charlotte Amelie and the ocean. The beach is perfect with great amenities for all. Chairs and umbrellas were plentiful. This resort has everything..For those having trouble with the steps to the beach, the shuttle service is very convenient. Can't wait to return. Merry Christmas

We had a wonderful time staying at the Ritz Carlton in St. Thomas. The hotel was beautiful and well appointed, we had a very updated, clean room; it was quite lovely in Begonia building, which overlooked the pool and the beach. Staff went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed. From the waiters/waitresses to the pool staff to the great staff at the ocean toys (kayak, snorkeling, paddle boats, sails) which we used a lot ~ through to the front desk and concierge, all were very nice and helpful. The grounds of hotel were very clean, very beautiful and well maintained. Kelly's taxi service which has contract with hotel was very handy to use particularly if you are going short jaunts into Red Hook for ferry or need to get groceries, they were very accommodating to pick us up when we called and arrived very quickly. All drivers were very friendly and nice. We enjoyed our lunch at the Sails and we went over to the the Ritz Residences and enjoyed an exquisite dinner at the Grand Palazzo, seated next to a large window that overlooked the ocean on a full moon night!! Our waiter Matt was outstanding and very knowledgeable about food and area. Food at Coconut cove was outstanding as well!. We opted not to eat at Bleuwater as menu seemed a bit limited, but delicious. We took the Bad Kitty Tour to the BVI of Virgin Gorda,(the baths) Cooper Isl (lunch) and Norman Island (snorkeling), well worth the money and time. Overall an excellent trip and would stay again!
We had very little time so the fact that we could literally walk to the villa in 5 minutes was fantastic! We loved the villa, especially since we were the only renters out of eight villas and had the entire upper area to ourselves.
We were reallyoomkng forward to a fine dining experience with an ocean view and excellent seafood but the recommended places were closed I. Sundays. We thought we were settling for the hotel restaurant but it turns out the Maura, the chef/bartender/host/ provided us with superb service AND delicious cuisine. I had the blackened Mahi with mashed sweet potatoes. It was sooooo yummy! The Greek salad was so fresh and was a great appetizer to share.
The next day we had to eat lunch before the restaurant officially opened so thank God there was Majra again to cater to us! Burgers, stacked sandwiches. Fresh cut fries, and veggies were the order of the day, and did not disappoint!
We will most definitely be back to visit this quaint St Thomas treasure😄🌴🐠
The Hotel grounds were beautiful and the staff was delightful. We absolutely loved it.
We chose to not do the all inclusive option which was a mistake on our part. Next time we will do that, other than that mistake we have a wonderful experience. Food and atmosphere was perfect. Nightly entertainment was a blast. Felix is by far the best bartender and The Karaoke DJ is a blast. Very Family Friendly too.
Excellent place just relax , 5 dollars cab ride per person to food & drinks.
My room was a very nice side and spotless clean.
Everyone was VERY helpful. Took some get pictures.
Only BAD thing is the fly or mosquito bites.
