“Graduation Gift to my Grandson”

It was great. The staff and their service was excellent especially since I had 3 young 18 year olds with me. I would like to especially commend your service when I had a situation with sea urchin bites on the feet and hands on 2 of my 18 year olds. When I checked at the desk, they immediately knew what it was and sent a medical person up with a kit and told us what to do. I believe his name was Paul.

“Awesome hotel / resort”

Originaly had booked the "Sapphire Beach Condo Resort & Marina by Antilles Resorts, St. Thomas" after arriving at that location my wife broke into tears it was so bad. I called Expedia within minutes of arriving and they immediately cancelled the original reservation and booked us at the Marriott Frenchmans Reef. Wow the place is nice, the beaches are beautiful, and the personnel could not be nicer. Definitely going back with the kids next time and will use Expedia for sure.

“30th Wedding Anniversary Trip”

Great staff! Everyone spoke to us, and all but one did it with a genuine kindness. The resort was top notch. Everything was well groomed and clean. The food and drinks are not cheap. But, if you want to be treated special and fed like a king, you expect to pay for it. A++++

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Room service was always taken care of and the staff was super friendly. The mattresses are super comfortable too! This was a quality hotel that made our stay very enjoyable.

“Do it”

The hotel grounds, pools, and beaches are gorgeous. The rooms were clean and maid service was good. Resturant service was very slow so allow extra time for meals. Better off just going down to the front desk if u have a question I had to wait for someone to answer the phone for more than 5 min on multiple occasions! The resort is extremely safe and the security staff are very outgoing and helpful if you have any concerns or complaints.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful setting. Built on the side of a mountain. Great veiw of the city and harbor.

“Groovilicious!”

We had a great time here. The beach is a little short, but clean and mostly private. I guess my only complaint was that the nice restaurants were somewhat limited in their entree selections. Not enough fish. This is the ocean after all. Be sure to take a day trip to St John!

“Had a blast”

Absolutely loved this place!!! Definitely reccommend going snorkeling right from the hotel on The Cat--soooo much fun! Cant wait to go back to St. Thomas-I will be staying at this hotel again for sure.
