“very reasonable”
good deal for the price, only problem too many yours arriving during summer, and the reception is small
“great property at Navsky Prospekt”
The 5 star hotel in St petersburg downtown, close to all tourists attractions, shopping and museums. Ermitage is a walking distance (15-20min) Rooms are clean, well maintained and large. Very efficient and friendly staff, great service. Be ready for expensive prices. Delicious breakfast
“can't wait to go back”
Myself and my husband had a very enjoyable stay in St. Petersburg. The Radisson Hotel was located on the main Nevsky Prospect which runs through the centre of St. Petersburg. It is a very modern 5 star hotel. It was a good 30-40 minute walk to the Hermitage but it was a very pleasant stroll along the main street passing over the many canal bridges, where you could join a very relaxing boat tour along the waterways and past the many elegant historical buildings. There were lots of cafes and restaurants that you could also stop off on the way and while away the time peole watching. This is our second trip to St. Petersburg and we will definitely return again and stay at the Radisson.
“impression correspond expectation”
Everything was good. Only one notice. In the evening the restaurant was closed for party and they proposed to have dinner in the bar. We were waiting meals too long...
“Unexpected Fees”
At check-in, the clerk failed to advise me that there would be a $12 passport registration fee. This bill was presented at check-out and caused confusion. I advised management that it might be better to be fully forthcoming on this.
“St Petersburg experience”
The hotel was great- staff were friendly and knowledgable- great location- perfect to walk to everything- museums., resturants and shopping. loved it.
“Overly Expensive Radisson”
Small Rooms enough said.
“A good hotel - but”
Well positioned hotel with a champagne or water welcome and comfortable rooms. Free internet in reception. Unfortunately, only full breakfast available in the restaurant and very expensive; otherwise breakfast in your room. Restaurant taken over by special functions twice during a week's stay. Restaurant menu available in bar room - but rather limited as was the room service menu. Friendly and helpful staff.
“Great place to stay”
Stayed for 2 nights over the Easter long weekend. Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and all spoke excellent English. We arrived at 8am from an overnight train trip(6 hours before scheduled check in) and they accomodated us by allowing us to check into our room. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bar was great and very comfortable and inviting (although not cheap). And location was fantastic for getting around! Would definitely stay there again.
“Best by far”
We had a very pleasant stay at this upmarket hotel. The service was prompt and efficient right from the moment we checked in. Staff we encountered was able to converse in good English and always very keen to help. Breakfast is a real treat with a very wide choice on offer. Food in the restaurant quite expensive though. Room was spacious and clean and despite it being on a busy street it was pretty soundproof. The bathroom amenities were first class. Leiasure facitilities not extensive, but the sauna and jacuzzi are both of a high standard. The hotel is easy to find from the nearest tube station. Altogether a very positive experience and comes higly recommended.
