What an amazing cute place on the beach. The grounds are well kept and decorated. Stayed in a room across the street, but have no complaints. Room was spacious and clean. What a hidden gem!

My husband and I stayed 2 nights . The property was nicely kept . Lots of games and activities ….shuffle board, foosball, pool table , big chess . The room was small but was all we needed . The only complaint was no chair in the room . My husband hurt his back and would have liked to have sat in a chair in the room instead of edge of bed . But all and all a nice stay . The beach was a little bit of walk which was fine .Gary the parrot was fun to communicate with .

The staff at the Tahitian Beach Resort were phenomenal. Every staff member I came in contact was upbeat, accommodating, and professional. Check in was a breeze. An on-site cafe and snack bar topped the cake.

The Tahitian was perfect for our 2 night getaway. The property is well kept, lots of toys and games, and most of all, on the beach! The motel has a great vibe, with music playing and staff super friendly and helpful. We'll stay again!

This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at booked through Expedia that charged my card on file (for incidentals) for the price of the room. When stated that I bought the room through Expedia, they said they didn’t receive confirmation from Expedia and they wouldn’t reimburse me. I contacted Expedia who then contacted the hotel. They ended up reimbursing me. THEN. Two weeks after, my card was charged AGAIN. I haven’t been refunded yet after contacting them numerous times. Very shady. Cannot recommend unless you want your card charged randomly weeks after your stay.

A great enjoyable place to stay with reasonable rates. Staff is super friendly, helpful, and they have a little walk up bar with food. Definitly will go back for another stay.

Such a great resort and location in general. We really enjoyed our stay! Food and Drinks on site and can also walk to a couple bar and grills. We parked in the large parking lot across the street and didn't need our car once. Can't wait to come back! This area is great if you want to have fun, have a few drinks, but stay pretty chill and relaxed with no drama.

This is the first time my family has stayed at the Tahitian Resort in almost 10 years. We found that the staff were as friendly as always and the resort had been tastefully updated with many luxury features. We were very impressed and will stay here again.

I really enjoyed the resort, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The smoke detector went off 2 nights in a row for no reason but thesraff compansated us with a late checkout The parking is horrible . They do have a parking lot but recommend a sidewalk from the parking lot to the other building along the bayside. Also the rooms arent very clear on what you are getting when booking on line. Overall it was a very nice place for the money. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tahitian. Only qualms I have are that there wasn’t a heavier blanket on the bed like a duvet and that we were a little close to the road in our room and sometimes it got a little noisy. The property is beautiful, staff was very friendly, and it’s in a nice location within walking distance to most places of interest.

Great place that was in walking distance to the beach. My kids (ages 9 and 11) loved the activities and games. The pool was heated and nice. The rooms were nice but small.

Just one night stay so didn’t get to use a bunch of the amenities. Parking is just sorta tough with a busy Gulf Blvd and right turns but I very much appreciate the free on site parking which is hard to come by in the area. But many things are walkable so park the car and don’t worry about it again! Room was spacious. Only negative was bathroom was super small with no counter space and poorly installed faucet. Played games in rec area. Nice outdoor seating. Again only one night before our condo was ready but will definitely stay here again when in the area. Btw… housekeeping was super nice! Appreciate them!

We love this hotel! We come to St. Petes area and chose to stay here every year. Property is beach front. Plus there is a beautiful Macaw mascot named Gary and we love him.

Looking for beach life living? I would recommend Tahitian Beach Resort in Treasure Island. The staff was so attentive and kind. Very clean rooms, outside pool, shuffle board, billiards outside, movies at night at the pool, full bar and bites. Just know this is not a pet friendly resort.

We enjoyed our stay! We had a couple of small problems that were quickly resolved. They keep the property very clean. They had pools, a small bar with drinks and snacks. Lots of outdoor activities. Our room had a stove, oven, refrigerator. Dishes, coffee, tea , a Keurig. AC . A table and chairs , outside and inside . A couch. Short walk to restaurants.

Great location - rooms a bit tight but appear to have had newer renovation - would be nice if some basic cutlery and plastic cups were in the room - we did borrow a corkscrew from the front desk - but overall it was very clean and comfortable- staff very attentive & facilities in very good condition.

It was beautiful property and lots of activities for guest. The staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was the mattresses were uncomfortable and we felt like we were sinking in to the bed .

Right on the beach. Nice firepits and barbecue grills, along with many sports, such as vollyball, badmitton, etc. available at no additional fees. Very clean and updated for an older facility. Heated pool was appreciated during a chilly spell in Florida.

Hotel appears nice and clean on the outside with great outdoor staff. Location and amenities were worth the resort fee. However, our garden view suite was less than ideal with poor venting (ie. no dehumidifier so clothes and bed sheets were always damp), extremely moldy window sills due to poor ventilation even with windows open and loud AC/fan which had to be run at all times due to dampness. When we asked the office, they said to turn the AC to 62 degrees which was too cold to be comfortable on rainy days. Towels are old and well used. Housekeeping was minimal with dirty floors evident after our room was cleaned. Sunday had no housekeeping service. Beds were not made for two days even with damp sheets. Found a cockroach in one of the bed sheets. Lack of outlets and bathroom storage was inconvenient too. Will not be back for these reasons.
