Decorated in Tommy Bahama-style rich wood furnishings, all suites have two bedrooms with signature bedding and pillowtop mattresses, and two bathrooms. “Property needs updating”

Condo was not nicely furnished and was in need of paint. Front door was incredibly hard to close from the outside and there was no peep hole or security chain. Also this property was advertised as 2 bathrooms when in fact there was one and one half baths. That makes a big difference when travelling with someone on business. Wireless internet was only working intermittently. Beach was nice and the pool area was well maintained.

“Surprisingly impressed”

We booked a very last minute overnight stay at the beach and just looked for somewhere that had two bedrooms, was beach front and was a good price, so didnt have too high an expectation. However when we got there we found all of the staff were extremely freindly and professional and then when we got into the room it was delighful. Good size, very nicely furnished, big flat screen TV, very clean, great kitchen and a wonderful sea-view. it was also only a 10 min walk down the beach / road to John's Pass which has all of the waterside bars and restaurants. We will definately be coming back again

“Great hotel.”

Super hotel! Great for families. Recently updated, two flat screens. Right on a beautiful beach. A/C went out one day & maintenance was there within minutes & fixed the problem. Would highly recommend.

“Definitely going back!”

What a gem! We loved this hotel, the views were beautiful! Everything was clean inside and out. Staff was great and we loved that they gave us a call 30 min after check in to make sure we were happy! Beach is stunning, and the pool was nice (heat was broken so that was a bummer). Loved the assigned parking, and everything was very well lit and easily accessible. Bringing the hubby back in March!

Area recommendations

John's Pass was within walking distance of the hotel, great area of little shops and restaurants. We ate out on a covered patio and were delighted to see dolphins playing in the water! The pizza shop there (Delosa's?) was absolutely FABULOUS!!!

“Can't wait to go back.”

Everyone was very friendly. Had a great view from every room. Cafe was very reasonably priced and great food. The pool was a nice size and 2 hot tubs came in handy on the cool days/nights. The beach box was great ~ Our kids were able to use sand toys and boogie boards free of charge. Within walking distance to John's Pass.

Was satisfied overall with accomodations; however, second bedroom did not have a bedside clock or a mirror in room, also neither bedroom had a rack to place your luggage on. Would recommend they accomodate.

“Good family hotel for the $”

Positives: Great beach, kitchen, washer and dryer, two baths, two separate bedrooms, bin near beach with beach chairs and sand toys, Publix grocery store near by, quiet when we were there. Negatives: Need better window treatments in bedrooms - too much light from neighboring businesses/outside lights, pack your own beach towels, outdoor pool water was a little cold. For the money, this is a great hotel, especially for families who can't go out to eat every night but want to spend time at the beach.

“reduce the light for the night !”

What I didn't liked was the light in the night at each apartment ! to much light coming through the blinds of the windows, there are to much lights on during the night. Should switch them off for the night, the street light is enough.
