“Bad Condo at Madiera Beach FL”

We stayed in Condo #302. Overall the rooms were filthy. Carpets were soiled and overall filthy. Tiled surface in kitchen and bath were dirty. The furniture looked as if it was picked up at junk shops. Rooms had a musty smell and seemed moldy. Don't stay here!!!!

“Nice apartment but can be noisy”

Nice apartment building with covered garage. Clean spacious 2-bedroom apartment, with white tile floors and newer kitchen. Furnishings would benefit from an update, and mattress in second bedroom needed to be replaced (very creaky). Across the street from the beach, but cars do not respect the pedestrian crosswalk, which makes it a bit annoying (and potentially dangerous) to cross the street. Other visitors were very noisy--especially teenage/college kids hanging out on the balconies. Ten (10) am checkout time makes it hard to enjoy a last day at the beach--but can be extended until 3pm for an extra fee.

Area recommendations

Indian Shores and Indian Rocks. Quieter.

“"Beautiful unit - noisy on street"”

Wow - beautiful unit and location - staff were friendly and helpful. This unit faces Gulf Blvd. and is very busy four laneway and lots of traffic..would have stayed longer but for the roadside balcony. Nicely appointed and decorated unit - absolutely lovely inside!

“Great if you do not want maid service”

Did not have maid service. had to buy our own toilet paper as front desk did not have many on hand. beds were like boards and pillows were very thin. room was clean, nice and spacious. recommend room higher than the 2nd floor (actually 1st floor) due to traffic noise. not bad if you want apartment type lodging.

“Great Place”

Very Nice. Can only get it a 4 though, because a wedding reception took place 10 feet from our door. It was a little hard to get to sleep. Wish they would have mentioned something to us, or offer to move us to another room
