“Good for Clearwater location”

Hilton has a handfull of nice beach shops right in front and down the road from it. The beach is spacious and has a lot going on during the weekends at Pier 60 which is very nice.

“Worn and Dirty!”

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our daughter's third Birthday. The first room we got the door would not open, they moved us from a King size room to a room with two doubles. The shower in the second room would not drain and they put us in a handicap room. The next day we requested to be moved to a king size room, and again the shower did not drain! Don't waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.

“Perfect place to stay in Clearwater”

We stayed in the 3rd floor suite overlooking Clearwater Beech...the room was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. Was a great place to begin our Central Florida vacation. Had a great time, can't wait to go back

“Clearwater Beach best located Hotel”

We stayed 9 nights in this ideally located Hotel in the Center of Clearwater Beach. The greatest asset of this Hotel is the exceptionel location, directly on the beautiful white sandy Beach. Access to the Hotel is absolutely eays, right at arriving in Clearwater Beach. There is dining, shopping, entertainment right at the Hotel's door. Sef-or Valet Parking is always available for a small fee/day. The view over the Ocean is magnificent. The brekfast area is very clean and excellent. The Pools are very convenient with a lovely Bar which serves excellent food and drinks for reasonable prices. However, we regret to report that room airconditioner was very very .... very noisy ( no sleep possible while the ventiator is switched on). Moreover, the room walls are very thin so that we woke up with everyone's alarm clock or TV. This is unfortunalety reason enough to hesitate going back to this Hotel (despite my previous 6 consecutive visits to this Hotel).

Madalay Drive, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Isand Estate with excellent Restaurant, Sand Key, Belair, Pirate Cruises, Dolphin encounters, Tampa, Ybor City, International Drive, Westshore Blvd.

“Great location and service”

“Watch For Hidden fees”

Spent nine nights, end of Aug into early Sept. booked through Expedia last minute. PRO's: Great location in heart of Clearwater Beach, within walking distance to the Pier, bars, and great food. Staff was GREAT, very friendly and polite. CONS: A significant per day charge for self-parking, not sure how much valet was, and a very high(I believe)charge to rent a beach umbrella and 2 chairs each day. Neither of these charges were mentioned when looking at the hotel site. Rooms are older, with in-room air conditioner that was very loud, and leaked water all over our balcony. Had some black mold in the bathroom also, and pillows left a lot to be desired. Overall, a pretty good hotel, just older with smaller rooms. We usually stay at Hampton Inn's which seem much nicer and offer more for the money.

Area recommendations

Great area, and there are several other hotels in the general location. Great for walking to dinner or an evening out.

Nightlife

Palm Pavillion, Frenchies and Cooter's are all great for drinks and a burger
