The Staff was friendly and helpful, even giving us good directions. The only problem we had was that there was road construction right in front of the hotel, which made it difficult to get into, and you can only enter from one direction.

“WILL RETURN ON FUTURE TRIPS”

ASSIDE FROM THE FACT THAT THERE IS CONSTRUCTION ALL AROUND THE HOTEL ON US 19 IT WAS GENERALLY EASY TO FIND AND QUIET. THE POOL WAS NICE AND CLEAN (AND I LOVED THE FACT THAT IT WAS HEATED. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND READY TO HELP WITH ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. FAST AND VERY EASY NO HASSLE CHECK IN AND OUT. CONVENIENT TO LOTS OF RESTURAUNTS AND SHOPPING.

“Nice, clean and comfortable.”

The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. I missed the continental breakfast so I can't comment on that. The only thing that needed to be correct is the electrical configuration of the fridge and microwave, etc. My fridge was not working when I entered the room. I discovered it was on the outlet controlled by the light switch at the door. Once I turn it on - the fridge worked great. I need to use the Iron and found no place to plug it in other than the bathroom outlet. This put the ironing board in the way. I would stay here again.

“It was OK for the price”

I've stayed in nicer places but I also paid more. It was fine for the price.

Hotel was recently named a Days Inn. For the convertion the property was refurbished and is in good condition. Road #19 were it is located is under construction just in front of the hotel, but I didn't hear any of the noise from the my room.

the room was ok bed was good beautiful pool has many people staying for a week or more some very nice some questionable in character please refer to my Knights inn (mesa arizona) review Breakfast was pretty good one great waffle per customer please

“Not Impressed”

Well first of all we booked a room with 2 Queen Size beds and got double beds, fights outside our room at 4 in the morning went on for hours

“Not Recommended”

There was hair and dirt in the bathroom. The mini-fridge had apparently been beaten to death by a previous guest and the door would not close. They checked us out the first night, so when we came back, we were locked out. At least the pool was nice. But the jacuzzi was only open 2pm-9:30pm. One night at 9pm, we tried to use it and it was locked. When I called the front desk, he said he didn't know why it was locked, but he would not open it. I will not be back!!

“FILTHY ROOM”

Our room was dirty. There was trash left from the previous guest. The rugs we so dirty, that our feet and socks were black. When we got into the shower we left black foot prints on the bath mat. There was also a lot of construction that started loud pounding at 6:30 to 7:00 in the morning. We won't be going back to Days inn. It was not any cheaper than the Best Western for the quality of service and cleanliness.

“Den of disaster”

On our way to our room we passed several of the permanent residents and they were hanging out in front of their rooms drinking and smoking. When we got into the room the interior was painted the most horrible burnt orange and the rug was wore out in spots and stained all over. There was a long strand of dark hair on the table next to the tv. There was hair also on the sink. And hair on the bathroom floor. The only roll of toilet paper was on the dispenser with very little on it. The drapes were dirty and dusty and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. The bathtub was filthy. None of the amenities that were listed online were not in the room. I killed a cockaroach that was crawling up the wall next to the sink. The iron was stained and burnt and the ironing board was unstable. It was the worst room I had ever stayed in and the man at the front desk was rude and incoherent when I called for more toilet paper. The towels and washcloths looked as if they were never washed in bleach. Stay far away from this hell hole!!!
