“not bad for price”

for the price, its not a bad hotel. the location can be kinda sketchy and night

“Unimpressive outside but nice inside”

The hotel does not look like much from the outside but do not let that scare you. The rooms, beds, bathrooms, etc. were quite nice. We had a good stay.

“Tropican Field”

Very convenient for us to go to the Yankees baseball game. Price was very good, also. We understand the property wil be renovated really soon. However, we did not mind it for the short period of time we were there.

“Small, Convinience and great price”

The Hotel is small , clean and good customer service. Close to evrything that I was looking for.

“Would go there again.”

The hotel was very clean and the hotel owners were friendly. If I were going to suggest any kind of change, I would upgrade the pool area. It could use some decorative pots and plants with bright cushions on the patio furniture. There were several nearby food places, The beach was within a 20 min. drive.

We were surprised at warm it was in December. The beaches were almost deserted and we didn't have to waite for anything.

The beaches were clean and not crowded. The temperature was perfect!

“Undecided”

When you first drive up you notice that the hotel is in great need of improvements. The hotel looked very rundown. I was supprised that the rooms were clean, however the front desk was unable to get the TV remotes to work. One day your room would be nice and cool the next day it was warm. And the did not tidy the room everyday. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so we could check in.The breakfast left a lot to be desired, luckily Dunkin Donuts was next door.

“Terrible”

The sheets hadn't been changed - dirty floors - bad smell - gross. We literally slept on top of the beds and got out of there at first light. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Do not go there!

“Scary!”

Well, the price was right, and the location was very close to where we needed to be in the morning, however this hotel was in a very bad part of town. Also, a prior occupant's hair and dirt were all over the tray holding our ice bucket and on the bathroom counter - gross! I don't recommend.
