Welcome to the Beachview Inn located in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Our newly renovated hotel overlooks beautiful Clearwater Beach on Gulfview Blvd in the heart of it all. We are just steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. We have a large outdoor heated pool located on our upper deck overlooking the beach, spacious private balconies with beach views, $5.00 guest parking and complimentary continental breakfast.We have a room to suit your needs and your budget. We offer several room options, which include standard rooms, efficiencies and suites. Our standard amenities include: Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, Coffee maker with free gourmet coffee, Hairdryer, Iron with board, and Alarm Clock/Radio.Our pool/gulf view efficiencies include all the amenities plus a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and range. It also includes a living area with a sofa, private balcony overlooking our pool and a beach view. Our larger suites include all the amenities previously mentioned plus offer more space with a full gulf view. These units have a half wall separating the living area with a sleeper sofa from the bedroom. We are a Non-Smoking Hotel. Cancel reservations by 2 PM local hotel time at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night cancellation penalty. Minimum age to reserve a room is 21 yrs old.

“Great stay!”

We jsut returned from a fantastic stay at the Beachview Inn! View from our balcony was AMAZING, right in the middle of everything...only complaint is that the AC was pretty loud and floor was dirty (but usually is at beach hotels). Excellent price for such a great stay! Right next door is a restaurant called Crabby's...DELICIOUS...we ate their 4 times. Can't wait to go back!

“Great beach location”

Loved the balcony! Very convenient location....directly across from the beach. Several restaurants very close by and a great coffee shop across the street. The check in staff was really helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely go back!

“Location”

This location is perfect for going to the beach in May. We saw manatee swimming under the pier. We took a boat tour and saw many dolpins and other sites.

“pool water COLD”

Conveniently located, accommodating, but disappointed with pool. Water was very COLD! Would return, but would inquire about pool water temperature before making reservations. It was suppose to be heated.

“It was okay for the purpose”

Truthfully, for the money, I've stayed in much better for half the price. But this was Clearwater Beach and typically hotels there are very expensive. Some friends and I were running a race that weekend and needed something for one night, close to the start/finish line and this was it. The room wasn't fancy at all, bath towels very small, thin and worn and no extras if you got one wet. Overall, the decor was left over 1974. The Upside - came with a lil kitchenette and fridge and in termsof location, you can't beat it. It's very close to pier 60, restaurants and other touristy stuff there. Bike rental, and gift shop right on location and the back of the hotel opens to the beach. It's an ideal spring break hotel for college kids who can live with 27 people in a room for a week.

“Great Beach”

The hotel is in an area that has heavy traffic, bring ear plugs. The doors are heavy and slam loudly when shut and also make considerable noise when opening. You won't get a good nights sleep but then you can sleep on the beach!

“Spring training 2012”

You get what you pay for. Excellent location. Popular beach. Old facility. Slow elevator, shows LOTS of wear. Noisy a/c unit, but it actually helped to drown out other noises. Could hear band next door, people on street, people coming and going at all hours. However, room was clean and well furnished. Great view of gulf and sunset. Easy walking distance to everything. Overall, great bargain. Would stay again.

“pleasant stay”

I enjoyed my stay. However the room needs upgrades..fresh paint, new tvs, new beds. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

“Clearwater Fl. is beautiful.”

The only major complaint is that housekeeping usually came around 4:00 P.M. so beds were not made early.
