The hotel is clean, close enough to beaches. There is a shuttle that goes to the beach everyday. There is also plenty of parking.
The staff is super helpful and they will assign you a person to help you navigate the difference activities you can do.
Overall, we were very pleased.

Bay Gardens Inn is one of 3 properties locally owned and managed. The Inn has only 30 rooms so a peaceful stay is assured but quests have use of all three properties for eating, entertainment and beach facilities. Staff are extremely friendly with high levels of customer care, being always mindful that they value your custom and recommendations. Rooms are spacious, AC can be a bit noisy but is effective. Rooms cleaned immaculately every day and treated to reduce risk of mosquito bites. Not always perfect but everyone is willing to make your stay enjoyable and ensure you get the best out of St. Lucia.
Thoroughly recommend for value for money and a homely atmosphere where they treat you as not only a valued guest but also as a family member.

I was shock and upset at the $70.us I had to pay to get there .The hotel is only accessible by a free shuttle boat that runs very late into the night. The hotel is very romantic, great views ,nice apartments and most of all marvelous staff. It's very close to the beach but not much swimming can be done. There is not much to do in that part of town but jump in a cab, water taxi or get up early and get on the local bus to see the sites .The restaurant's in the area are a bit over priced for me so i just used my kitchen to prepare some meals another option is go to the over the water and buy breakfast or lunch where the locals go try the fish cakes they are really good.

The dining and choices were much better than my spouse and I anticipated. The staff was very friendly....everyone. Facility was very clean and pristine. The spa treatments were very professional and as a whole exceptional. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend to anyone.
My new wife and I were on our honeymoon. We only stayed in the south for one night, because our flight arrived in Vieux Fort in the night, and we decided we'd crash in Kabran before heading to a resort in the north for the rest of the vacation.
If you're looking to have some fun, you're in the wrong place. There are no business places as far as the eye can see. The receptionist, who is also the bartender, cannot even mix drinks in the so-called "bar." There's no food here either.
Avoid the south of St. Lucia. There's nothing to do here. Thank God we only spent one night there.

"Beautiful clean hotel and wonderful friendly staff"
We had an amazing week stay at this resort. The hotel is set up so that is is convenient to bounce between pool and beach all day. The staff was so friendly and they aimed to please always. There is constant activities all day long and great night entertainment as well. When it rained the one day the staff quickly arranged games and indoor activities - we still had fun. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The entire resort was clean. We watched the staff scrub down the beach chairs and rake the beach every morning at 6:00 AM .Great resort for adults and kids!
