“Highly recommended”
Throughout my stay the staff were polite, friendly and courteous and always aimed to help with any enquiry (whether related to the hotel or outside of that environment). The rooms were clean and well tended and the quality of the food provided by the various chefs on duty during my stay was of a very high standard. The only criticism I had was that there many more facilities available to me staying there than I knew about but this hadn't been pointed out to me clearly earlier in my stay (so I didn't get the full benefit of all they had to offer). A minor criticism as everything was very satisfactory, merely they could 'sell' themselves better. Great place to stay and great location.
“Good hotel, helpful staff”
We enjoyed our stay here. Slight problem with the room not being ready on arrival, wich meant that we had to spend the first night in an alternative, lesser room, but we were given complimentary breakfasts to compensate. Location for bars, beach & shops easy walking distance or you can use the complimentary free shuttle bus to the sister hotel ear the beach. Just check the times they run as we were told they ran on he hour and half hour but when we tried to get the 6.30pm, we were told the next one was 7.30pm.

Good friendly hotel with a walk to the reduit beach which is very good.We would use other pools as as the hotels 2 pools were rather small but the share arrangement with 2 other hotels is good and one of them is rather good and is right on the beach.

I was recommended this hotel and told my travelling companions about it also. Luckily I had a nice room, but they were not so fortunate, and eventually - after two days' harranguing - got moved. The main swimming pool was out of order for most of our stay which was disappointing. The restaurant completely lacked atmosphere, with poor unattractive lighting in the evening, making it seem part of the lobby, and awful "muzak". Food not very inspiring either. Next time i would definitely choose the sister hotel - Bay Gardens Beach - which is far superior in every respect, albeit with an extra star.
