My husband and I just spent a week here and loved it! The staff and service are top notch - facilities are clean - beautiful views and lots to do. Food was great and fresh with many options. We loved being sailing daily, swim up bar, turquoise water, mountains, etc. We scheduled a private sunset cruise through the resort to the Pitons - definitely do the snorkeling and views of the Pitons. We went to the mud baths and one of the waterfalls, which was small, and didn't think they were worth doing. Loved the staff - Trista, Simon, Luigi & Lincoln. Ask for Tony to assist with any custom trips or items you may need. We were not aware that pants were needed and he took my husband to a local shop to buy some. Try archery, snorkeling, yellow hot sauce and the lazy river!
Excellent vacation.. they take care of everything.
Great food in all the restos.
Great service everywhere on site, every staff member we encountered was friendly and willing to help.
Dive staff were great also; right balance of being friendly but professional at the same time.
Recommend visiting the other Sandals on the island if you want to use watersports.
Only disappointment was that La Toc had the red flag out all week even though the weather was beautiful and there were no big waves or wind.
Set on green hills and a coral bluff above a long crescent-shaped beach, this resort for active adult couples is less than …More
We spent a week at the Sandals Halcyon and had a great time. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were disappointed with the food at Kelly's Dockside. We loved Mario's - especially the antipasto bar. The best part was having access to the other two Sandals resorts on St. Lucia.
My wife and I stayed for a week for our 2 year anniversary and loved it. The rooms are more of a villa style, amazing views and aesthetically beautiful. You need to walk about 5 minutes to the beach and main lodge but shuttles are available all day and are very prompt. We called and had a shuttle a minute after hanging up the phone. Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. Whatever it takes, get 'all inclusive' as there are no exclusions. You can order anything on the menu at the 5 restaurants and the food is pretty good. Awesome drink selection. Bottom line, if we can afford to go back we will. This was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Great for couples and families alike.
We had our honeymoon there. The rooms are clean, great bars and restaurants all with friendly service. Best of all is we relaxed on the adults side and went to the kids side where they have water slides and lazy river etc. Great time for family or adult vacations at a great value!
