Hotel Condemned and still booking
When I arrived I found that the hotel was pretty much closed down and there were no vacancies. They kept my money and I am currently fighting to get a refund.

I trusted Expedia that the hotels it featured would be acceptable. I would not invite a guest to stay there for free. The room was filthy including a used hand towel that had blood and boogers on it. The bed spread was heavily stained and riddled with cigarette burn holes. The room smelled like a kennel. I just pray that my sheets were fresh.

Water didn’t come on in shower when turned on. It worked after a while but no hot water then very hot water. No mirrors in room. No chains on door. A worker walked in unannounced while my wife was in room. Unacceptable. Would not stay here again.

this property has roachs and we didn’t even stay at this hotel i had to go and get a new one and i need a refund and when i contacted the expedia manager she was very helpful but the problem was not resolved i would to be contacted about getting a refund. you can contact the hotel and they will tell you that they never even checked us in and we did not stay.

Rooms had roaches in the living room and bathroom and I didn’t receive a refund cuz they said the manager will be there in a week or 2 . Stairs not fixed like a death trap. They don’t clean their tubs. Horrible experience. This used to be my favorite place

Don’t waste your time or money!!
We had a reservation and when we got there the man working was so rude. We waited while he was on the phone for 30 minutes and then he tells us we can’t even have our room. We had to find another hotel that was 30 miles away and it was completely ridiculous.

Had to move rooms three times in 2 weeks. One of the workers beat on our door Midway through our two weeks and said we didn't pay but we very clearly did they were very violent and rude for no reason. Making fun of us you no pay you no stay as I cried trying to figure out the problem. When I went to get a physical receipt they said they couldn't print one but would email tried to email it six times couldn't get it. After a few more days a woman was finally in the office and she printed me a copy of the receipt. After this incident was moved to a far more inconvenient room in the upstairs where it was dirty and none of our things worked TV bad condition microwave non-functioning fridge non-functioning I believe this retaliation because I put a formal complaint in with Red roof inn but I don't think it'll do anything save your money and stay at the super 6 in Hazelwood it's worth the few dollar difference

Checked into a dirty room. My wife was on the toilet before she noticed no toilet paper. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. They changed our room to one that was still being cleaned. As we watched the housekeeper go into a different room and come out with a bundle of linen for our room. We could tell she had just removed it from the other beds. We did not stay any longer and will never return. Our experience to St Louis was ruined.

The entire place smelt of smoke. This is not a family friendly vacation rental, this is more of a full time apartment style rental for people without homes. Many week to week residents were in the lobby when I checked in. I didn’t stay due to the smoke smell and overall environment.

The desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was awful. The beds had black spots on the white bedspreads. When they were pulled back there were black spots that appeared to be bugs on the sheets. We did not stay at the hotel. The desk clerk was apologetic and refunded the money.

The most disgusting place I've ever stayed
There were roaches. The bathroom was disgusting. The bed had disgusting looking stains on the comforter and sheet. The mirror had sharpie drawings all over it. There was a couple having a very loud fight in room above mine. were holes in the walls stains everywhere. I will never stay there again

Check in time was 2pm. I got there at 245pm and was told there was no rooms ready would be another hour or so. I had to be somewhere at 330 and just wanted to get unpacked before my event. I ended up not staying there.
