“Perfect”

Staff was excellent. they were very attentive and helpful. Easy on and off highway and to all the sights Easy parking Great beds and room Breakfast had lots of choices, was better than the fancy diner we went to downtown the night before The kids loved the pool

“Very pleased!”

This was a very well kept hotel. Its location is central to many attractions in the city. Bed was clean and comfortable. There is only one microwave and it is located in the lobby. The doors also made quite a bit of noise because they slammed themselves shut. Other than that I was happy with my stay.

“Great For Families, Close to Everything”

Super friendly and helpful staff, clean, new, well maintained hotel both in the rooms, and in the common areas. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice, and it's literally within walking distance of the Zoo and the St Louis Science Center. We had the 2 queen bed suite, with the pull out sofa. It slept the 5 of us very well, with a surprisingly large amount of room for us to spread out a bit. The room was very quiet, despite us staying there while the Cardinals World Series games 6 & 7 were scheduled. Service was impeccable, especially Jaron at the front desk remembering who we were from check in and asking us about our day, recommending places to go, and making sure we had everything we needed every day of our stay. The woman who works breakfast, as well (I didn't get her name, unfortunately) went well out of her way to help us when we told her we had a child with a food allergy checking ingredients on everything, and walking through nearly every food item with us, in addition to just being super friendly and kind. We will be staying here in the future. This will be our goto everytime we go to St. Louis from here on. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in St. Louis, but now I've found the one I will book every time I go.

“Great Budget minded Forest Park Hotel”

First of all, the service we received from the front desk to the cleaning lady were top notch. Everyone was all smiles and even went the extra mile in helping us with directions, ordering taxis, and the best way to catch a game downtown avoiding the most traffic. Location was also great as it is right off of the freeway. There is also a coffee house and a sports bar basically next door which was a plus. The hotel itself was very clean and serves a free breakfast every morning, although it there was a negative, it would be any of the hot food, which I didn't even think about trying. Our room was also very big, clean and had a great view of Forest Park (over the fwy of course). Would definitely come back here again especially for the price of the hotel.

“Will return on our next visit”

This hotel was VERY nice, pool was a little small but was very clean. Room was a little small for a family of 5 but we made it work. VERY nice hotel and couple blocks from zoo.

“Terrific!”

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The hotel location was perfect, easy to find and just 10mins to downtown. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. My family stayed in a two queen suite and the room was wonderful. Loved having more space and the kitchenette with mini frig and microwave came in handy. The free parking and complimentary b'fast every morning were bonuses as well. And the b'fast offered many options. When we return to St Louis we'll definitely use this hotel again and I would highly recommend it to anyone else traveling there.

“Good value & location to tour St. Louis”

Were impressed by this hotel. Clean; good service. Good place to stay near Italian District and museums in Forest Park. After a long day walk next door to the pub for a cold one. Free parking.

“Very nice”

I choose this hotel because of the closeness to the zoo. Location of the hotel would have been very difficult if it for GPS. It was a very nice hotel for what I paid for it. Breakfast was great. Hot, and cold foods. The pool was very cloudy however not enough to detour my son from swimming in it.

“Extremely impressed - will stay here again!”

The staff was friendly and courteous, and it seems the hotel has recently been renovated. Our room was comfortable and clean, and you could see the Arch from our window. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location was great, we were less than a mile from the Zoo, and the Science Center, and about fifteen minutes from Downtown and the Arch. We will definitely stay in this hotel on our next visit!
