Totally not worth the price they charge. On our second day they didn’t bring fresh towels. When we asked for some they wanted to charge us, which is just absolutely ridiculous! Beds are horrible .

I usually do not like to write comments but the manager Ashley was not Customer Service Friendly at all to me. Check-out was at 11:00 am, but I had a 07:00 appointment that would have ran over in order for me to check-out on time. So I called the front desk to add another day in the EVENT I WOULD BE LATE FOR THE 11 o’clock checkout. Well, I found out when you book your reservation through a third party(Expedia) you will have to come into the office to book another day. Just like you would if you were coming in for the first time. Remind you I was at a doctors appointment. The manager call me three times. Second time she called I was speaking with the doctor. She hung up the line on me becoz she did not have the patience to hold the line. Okay fine, maybe she was busy. She then called back to tell me I had 30 minutes to make it into the office. I literally had to leave my doctors appointment to rush back to the hotel to add an additional day!. I was so super annoyed. They do not have an option online to add another day either. To top all that, They charge for extra towels. No housekeeping unless you pay for it as well. I WILL NEVER BOOK A RESERVATION HERE AGAIN.

Nice but inconvenient
Nice place but we called to inform we would be a late arrival and no one was in lobby when we arrived. Had to call and wait to get checked in. Website stated grab and go breakfast but upon checking in we received a paper that they no longer served breakfast. Got to our room and found that we had to request any kitchen utensils or plates. Website really needs update for the changes.

Hotel seemed a little outdated and it smelled very odd but it was quiet and cheaper than surrounding places. It was good for one night. Breakfast was granola bars and muffins.

Great Stay- home away from home
Friendly and wonderful staff! Clean room and overall clean environment. My family is in a transition stage and the staff has made things not feel like a hotel but a home away from home. The hotel is very well kept and clean. I didn’t know the wifi was a paid option but to upgrade isn’t that big of an expense.

We stayed in early Aug. and the humidity in the room was continuously very high. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work correctly and the room AC unit couldn't seem to bring the humidity down. Overall our room could use a good cleaning.

When I first got to the property to check in there was no one at desk. I rang bell and noone came. I waited and finally called the hotel from my cell phone to get a response. Once he showed up he informed me that he had only heard the bell one time. So apparently you need to ring the bell several times to get assistance. Once I got checked in I had to walk around past the people smoking weed in the dog park area of hotel. Finally got to room and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. In the morning we were awakened at 4 am to the sound of slamming doors every few minutes while guests proceeded to leave for work. Once we were ready to leave we headed to lobby for breakfast to find instant oatmeal packs, granola bars and packages muffins. Will not be returning.

Lacking in customer service
When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and the only sign was to the right of the desk on the wall and said dial 0 for assistance. There was no phone in sight so we awkwardly waited for several minutes and then I decided to reach over the counter to use that phone as that was the only phone in the whole lobby. The phone barely rang once and a man by the name of Rand comes barreling around the corner, and this is not an exaggeration, yelling at me saying- you will not reach over the counter!! He said it 3 times very angrily. I was in utter dismay as I was there with only my mother, daughter and sister and we genuinely thought that was what we were supposed to do. He yelled you have to use the phone and finally I was able to get a word in and said, what phone?! He said the one outside in the box. Again, what?! The sign said nothing about a phone that I had to go back outside and use. I didn't even see it when we arrived. I do think at this point he new he over reacted but he never apologized. I genuinely felt threatened for a minute and it was truly an innocent act. I would have never reached over the desk had the sign indicated to go outside. If anyone actually does read this, know I was embarrassed for this hotel and Rand after the fact. I am in the customer service industry and was appalled by the lack of at this hotel. Please create a new sign that will direct customers accordingly so no one else has to endure the wrath of Rand. Thank you.

All in all I enjoyed my stay
I hao an Amazing check-in with Randy and he was friendly and amazing the other staff was friendly but when it came to getting quarters for the laundry they didn't have any but they said debit card but really you have to download the app to pay for laundry. All in all it was comfortable bed, clean kithen and bathroom though I didn't get to use the kitchen but the microwave didn't really heat my food.

My washcloths were covered in pubic hair. Floor/carpet was extremely dirty (feet were black). Bathroom door was very hard to open and close. Very limited on breakfast (just oatmeal). Brought this up to front desk and nothing.

The area was safe and convenient from the interstate. The hotel was average for the price range. The handle on the faucet was broken. Breakfast was a muffin or a single Nature Valley granola bar - when I buy them, there are two in a pack, so this was funny. I guess everyone is trying to save some money.
