“comfortable stay”

This a very nice hotel. The hot breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the 5-7pm happy hour while we were there. It offered adult drinks along with drinks and ice cream for the kids. It also had hot dogs, mac and cheese, chili, and chips to enjoy. That was nice to come "home" to after a long day at the zoo. Then we relaxed in the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay.

“Great Customer Service!”

Each staff member that I talked to was very friendly, courteous and helpful. It is sometimes hard to fine good customer service these days, but this hotel gets high marks in my book! The reception in the evening was plentiful and the breakfast buffet was also good. Our room was spacious and it had a great flat-screen TV and even a recliner! I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I am back in town.

“A great place to stay in St. Louis”

had driven 12 hours from Charlotte to St. Louis. the hotel staff was friendly and courteous, there was a parking lot as well as a gated (and free!) parking garage. the hotel is pet friendly, which was why i chose it in the first place. the room and hallways were clean and the free breakfast was tasty!

“Won't stay anywhere else in St. Louis”

It was my daughter's 5th birthday and we traveled to see cousins in St Louis. She was elated with the indoor pool which we found easily accessible and family friendly, as well as clean and well equipped. The room was clean on arrival. One morning/early afternoon of day 2, I came up to the room after several hours and our "do not disturb" sign was on the door and room was not cleaned. We definitely had not hung the sign so not sure who did? Ultimately, the housekeeping team was only a few rooms down the hall and I asked for fresh towels only, which they quickly provided. We all greatly enjoyed the happy hour and appetizers, and the foods were so filling we didn't have to leave the hotel for dinner later on. This was a blessing because a horrible storm blew in while we were eating and thru the night. We also appreciated the indoor parking garage for the same reason.

“best deal around for my favorite hotel chain”

I love drury hotels. They always seem to be nicer than any other hotel in their price range. My ONLY complaint would be the bed was outdated and wasn't on the same comfort level as I am used to at the other drurys I've stayed at. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will probably return to this one as long as the price still the lowest of the drurys in the area. Breakfast was great too BTW and the free pop and popcorn in the evenings is sweet too.
