The room was spacious but hot so we turned on the ac and it was so loud it would wake us up when it kicked on through the night. The toilet kept running, the vanity in the bathroom shifted when leaned on slightly. Was afraid it would drop off the wall. The tub didn't drain well and by the end of a shower you were in 6 inches of soapy dirt water.

Cons: - pool closed - large gap under room door making all sounds inside and out easily heard - toilet broken upon arrival, still not flushing correctly after fixed by maintenance - bathroom sink leaking on floor - Wi-Fi down at random points - shower curtain is too short and doesn’t stay in the tub to keep the water in, water gets everywhere all outside the tub Pros: - staff was friendly and helpful when needed - room was big enough for the family of 6 - washer & dryer - great amenities

The pool was out of commission (really the only reason we booked a hotel so that our kids could swim) the continental breakfast was just cereal, yogurt, toast etc (it looked like there might be more sometimes with a large metal serving dish but it was empty and unplugged when we got to breakfast at 9) There was little to no hot water, I had a shower and it was warm at best The hotel staff was very kind but for the price we payed, it was a little bit dated and we felt frustrated at the lack of things we were feeling should be included

When I reserved, I Speciffically asked about the pool, as it was important for my Granddaughters, and when we checked in, we saw a SIGN that the pool was NOT IN OPERATION!! I checked other hotel's in the area, and there was NO vacancy since it was the same day! If Another hotel was available,I would have gladly gave up the fee for my room!! SEVERLY UNHAPPY WITH COMFORT INN!~ DO NOT trust them!!!! On top of that,I had to work on the toilet constant running MYSELF!!!

Pool is Out of Order
This place advertises an indoor pool. It was closed and out of order our entire trip. Note- Beware it may be closed if you book here too. Apparently people from as far back as October are writing reviews about a closed pool. The hotel option is to send you across a busy street (in our case during pouring rain each day) to go swimming. Once you arrive at the alternate hotel to go swimming, you have to wait in the lobby for someome to let you into the pool area (up to 10 minutes) Then you have to change in the bathroom beside the pool area unless you want to run across the road in the dark with your little kids. Maybe if your pool is closed you should take down the pictures of a pool on your hotels.com site and other sites so people can book somewhere else. Or maybe just continue to rip people off and surprise them when they get there and check in first.

Very nice staff, good presentation. Negatives: Pool out of commission all weekend, room temperature control made horrendous noises all night, toilet too low for people with disabilities, beds not just firm but actually hard. Would probably not stop again as no sleep for the 3 days stay.
