Beautifully situated

Posted 29-Jun-2015
Pros: It's situation, the staff, breakfasts and meals in general. Fantastic view from the hotel dining room and bar. Shared areas very comfortable and clean
Cons: Bar food not always at its best. There wasn't a Fridge in the bedroom.
Location: Great location. Cycle routes nearby but needed to take extra care on busy road next to hotel. Local park, glass church, beaches, cafes, supermarket.
Great area to be placed to enjoy travelling around the island. We toured on a bicycles. Hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. Views of the surrounding area, St Aubin and St Hellier could been seen from the hotel. Overall, our stay at the hotel was really enjoyable. We really loved Jersey, it's a relatively unspoilt part of the world with beautiful places to see.

Pros: Friendly staff and location
Cons: Separate shower in bathroom
Location: Fantastic views. Short walk to the beach, a bit of a climb back up. Only stayed one night - wish it had been longer, so ate in the bar.
Well received and looked after. Made very welcome. Staff extremely friendly. Great location with fantastic views. Service and food excellent

Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday

Posted 21-Jun-2015
Pros: Ocean view Food and drink Outdoor pool Staffs
Cons: The floors were always creaking. This really didn't help will trying to sleep at 5am in the morning, because we could hear the guest above our room.
Location: Hotel Cristina is a short walk to the beach. Beautiful landscape. I recommend going for the jet ski and the Jersey wall Tunnel.
We had a wonderful experience. The Hotel seats on an amazing, quite location and surrounded by beautiful garden scenery. From the hotel reception, the bedrooms, bar lounge, restaurant, hotel balcony and outdoor pool, you get a fantastic view of the ocean. My wife and I stayed for three nights. From the moment we checked in, the staffs were very helpful. Restaurant staffs were very attentive to our needs. Excellent food and drink choices, so no need to visit other restaurant. Live gentle music in the bar. Excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely hotel and staff

Clean well maintained facilities. Good breakfast choice. Helpful staff. Only criticism: hard to find/poorly signposted, and access/steep steps etc especially if mobility problems/older in age.

Eine Woche bei "Cristina"

Posted 31-May-2015

Hotel a bit tired/dated . Ordering lunch was quite challenging. Rooms were clean with a good view but the balcony was not very private.

Enjoyable stay

The only real negative i would say is there is no lift and there are numerous stairs which need to be navigated to move around the hotel. Someone with limited mobility could find this a problem. The other small irritation was the poor water pressure to the shower. These would not stop us from staying there again as the staff were very friendly and service in all areas was excellent.

Great Views

Great location half way between St Hellier and St Aubin on the main bus route. Not ideal for those who cannot climb stairs as a taxi would be required to access the hotel

Fantastic view from restaurant

And yes a comfy bed and good food. On the negative side we had a side room ( someone has to) and the bill was very wrong ( but soon corrected). Waiting staff were excellent - balancing the friendly and efficient - and the choice and standard of food at breakfast was good. If I'm back in Jersey I'll be back there to try the pool !
