I m a frequent traveller and my experience at the George Hotel was exceptional! Best deal ever! Beautiful modern hotel, staff extremely polite helpful nice, nothing was too much! Great rooftop pool and terras Snacks were great, not too expensive. Location perfect for party, close but just far enough to not be bothered by the noise or drunk people! Small harbour close by for nice dinners! I recommand everyone to stay at this hotel! Thanks Emma, Evelien, Jessica and all the others! Keep up the level of excellence! If I come back I ll be definitely staying here again! Thanks to make these 4 days perfect!
Just back from a weeks stay here, and find it very hard to fault the hotel.
The hotel is clean throughout and all the staff are friendly and more than happy to help. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms with a balcony - the room was massive, with two double beds; the beds are comfortable, air con was good and tea and coffee making facilities - 2 teas, 2 coffees, replenished on a morning. There is a mini bar fridge, but this is empty unless you request it to be filled, meaning there is plenty of space to store soft drinks in your room. Plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and large bathroom, with a retractable line for hanging wet towels etc on to dry. The decor was pretty modern and stylish. The balcony didn't have a great outlook, but was nice to have an option to sit outside for a couple of minutes.
Always plenty of choice for breakfast, even when getting there close to the end of service. Roof top pool nice.
The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from Peaceville - this is a lively night time spot with plenty of bars and night clubs close by - you don't hear a thing in the hotel. Head in the other direction, and you can walk for miles along the promenade - plenty of restaurants and bars along here as you pass through Sliema and beyond - we turned around after walking for around 4 hours. Bus stops are also located near by for easy access for getting wherever you want to go. We arranged airport transfers through the hotel also, and these where on time and high quality cars.
Perfect stay at this inexpensive, contemporary hotel. Substantial breakfasts included; minutes away from night clubs and beaches. Bus service just around the corner. Staff are friendly, down-to-earth and extremely helpful.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay in St. Julians, I'd really recommend staying at the Marina. The location, that overlooks the bay, is beautiful. With a multitude of pools, bars and cafes/restaurants, you're sure to find something that you like - whether for a more couple based holiday or family affair. The rooms were spacious, well air conditioned with great bathrooms - and you can't go wrong with a balcony that overlooks the sea! The staff were all very helpful and conscientious, which made staying in Malta an easy, enjoyable experience. Will return for sure!

Enjoy a panoramic view of beautiful St. Georges Bay from your private balcony. Marina Hotel at the Corinthia Beach Resort …More
Stayed room only (as opposed to half board) Good views from terrace to eat al fresco. Large rooms. Clean. Not too noisy.
2 pools are good. Should have the kids pool where the adults one is. Dance music at kids pool was repetitive++. A bit pushy to get you involved in activities and "have fun".
Excellent staff in Executive Room...albeit they do like rather robust air conditioning. Nice selection of drinks although most drink fizz. Food ok but a lot better at Westin opposite.
Good system with towels introduced. Swop a ticket for the towel. Helps a bit with those folk who reserve seats all day.
Indoor pool terrific. Great temperature ie warm for morning swim.
Flight were delayed for more than 5 hrs. on our first night we were given a small room but the staff in the reception that night told us that we will be moved in a bigger room the following day. When we approached the staff the following morning in the reception he questioned us why we want to move. So i told him this is not the room we booked. Then he said there is no bigger available yet and we have to wait. So we waited till mid day. Instead of we can see the places already we were stocked in our room.
Centred around St Julian’s Bay and St George’s Bay, St Julian’s is Malta’s prime resort. Pretty Spinola Bay (part of St Julian’s Bay) is lined with restaurants that overlook colourful traditional boats and modern yachts. The rest of the bay features large hotels, lidos, and a small pleasure harbour. Immediately inland, Paceville is a dense concentration of nightspots, and includes the Bay Street shopping and leisure complex.
