“Above and beyond”

We also stayed at another motel on this trip, and the Drury was so far superior in every way. I especially enjoyed the tasty breakfasts, and even had one happy hour, which are both nonexistent in other accomodations.

“Will do for a night...”

I stayed here for one night while I dropped my daughter off for college. The staff was friendly and professional. The free breakfast was really good. The hotel is older and it shows...noticed paper on the floors immediately. My room was relatively clean but had an odor, not a stench but like a place with older furniture carpet. Towels seemed dingy and carpet was stained not gross but dirty. Walls thin I heard evrythng outside my door. Air conditioing system older and rumble loudly when coming on or off. Pool and sauna looked dingy, I didn't even bother looking closer. Location is very convenient. If I were staying more than 1 night I would have tried to find a diff hotel.

Area recommendations

If you visit this area I would recommend heading to the North side of town for food and shopping.

“Will be back next year”

Hotel staff is always so courteous and always available for any questions or problems we may have. We have stayed there for several years and will continue to stay in the future. We like cool rooms and some places are hot when we arrive. The beds are pretty confortable, not like home, but acceptable. We always recommend the Drury to our friends going to the same function this time of year. We like the drink and food voucher for the evenings we stay.

“We will be back!”

This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at. We checked in after 5pm, there was aguest reception with hot food and drinks. What a nice way to relax after being on the road all day. In the morning, we had a nice breakfast. The only draw back was the pool was small, and there was only 1 elevator to get to the upper floors.

“HOTEL WAS COMFY”

This Hotel was clean and comfortable . Rooms were quiet , I must add that we were in St. Joseph for college baseball tournament . and even with all the Kids running around the rooms were quiet

The neightborhood was busyas it was off of a main street with the interstate I-29 adjacent to the hotel parking lot. The resturaunt that is right on property(Bandanas) was excellant for bbq.

“Always a positive experience!”

The Drury Inn and Suites in St. Joseph is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They seem to really enjoy their jobs. We always stay there when in St. Joseph. If they do not have a room for our dates, we change our dates. That says it all!

“As nice a Motel as we have stayed in lately.”

They were overbooked on the room we reserved so they upgraded us to a suite. Room was clean and nicely decorated would recommend.

“Right off the freeway.”

This was a very nice motel that was very easy to access from the Kansas City Airport. Plenty of shopping and eating close by.
