Cozy beds for tired travelers
"The front desk help when we arrived were just ok. No smiles, but got the job done. The front desk when we checked out was very cheerful and kind. The beds and pillows were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on! I would visit again, just to sleep on that amazing bed. We used Uber and they were very fast to arrive there every time."

"The Service at the Atrium Bar was a little slow but the fish and chips special was excellent. The morning breakfasts were the best I have eaten at any hotel. The location just off Russell Square was ideal for London sight seeing. "
