Only problem we had was the sat nav in our hire car kept trying to take us down a road that had been pedestrianised. We could see the hotel but could not get at it! After parking and walking to the reception we found the receptionists were most sympathetic and helpful..the concierge went out of his way to assist. The room we had was on the fourth floor overlooking the Museum and away from the very noisy Brasserie Bar on the hotel front. The hotel's first floor restuarant Siroco was superb. Excellent service and top quality food and very good value for money.
The reception on arrival were excellent. We arrived 5 hours early and they could not do enough to make us fell welcome. The staff at all times were attentive and pleasant. The facilities are amazing, the health club is a must do activity. The food in the resaurants was varied in price although the quality and presentation was the same for both.
Great hotel in the centre of St Helier, staff very helpful and polite, rooms cleaned every day with towels replaced, we stayed in room 219 witch was very nice, the odd morning we were woken early by road noise, but not anything to complain about. Pool and Spa very nice.
Hotel overall was excellent. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Easy check in/out. 10 minute walk from town/beach. Great breakfast, & food in the evening was very tasty & quite reasonably priced. We had a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel, which was really nice to enjoy the early sunshine, but it would be quite noisy if the bar deck was busy in the high season.
Great stay & would thoroughly recommend to anyone!!
We arrived late on Friday night as planned and I had asked for a bottle of wine to be in the room as it was my husband's birthday. We went to the room and also found a birthday cake for him as well as the wine.
The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel, and we were sorry we did not arrive early enough on the Friday night so we could enjoy the fish buffet they hold each week.
We would definitely stay at the hotel again when we next visit Jersey.
The capital of Jersey and home to fewer than 30,000 people, St Helier boasts beaches, shopping, and culture. High street shops include department stores, designer shops, and fine quality jewellery boutiques. St. Helier also has the Jersey Opera House, which offers musicals, dance, and comedy.
