Stayed for 3 nights (2 of us plus border collie). Breakfast was lovely, great range of fresh fruits and berries, yoghurts, teas, cereals, and cooked breakfast options including fresh eggs from their own chickens. Bedroom and whole house very clean and nicely kept. Bed very comfortable. Facilities include a guest lounge with big comfy sofas and tv, microwave, crockery and cutlery etc. to heat up food if arriving too late/too tired to go out for dinner or whatever (even with the option to buy a range of microwave meals from the hosts), which we made use of as we were walking the coast path. More facilities than a standard B&B, then. Very good location, central for shops and amenities and also for driving out of town to parts of the coast path as we did, on this trip starting at Solva and getting to Neyland, taking under half an hour to drive to each day's start and finish point around the path. Staff very friendly and helpful. All 3 of us enjoyed our stay a great deal! (Note for non-dog lovers: dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room of course, nor on the furniture; living with a dog, I know how difficult it is to get rid of all trace of dog hairs and dogs' smell - but there was none to be found in the building.)

Very nice hotel, in a quiet coastal town. Comfortable room, with good wifi, and a nice bathroom. The street is noisy during the day, but don't worry - there's no noise overnight. The hostess is very friendly, and has good advice about day trips. Breakfast is very tasty, and is a perfect amount, rather than being a massive pile of fried food! Toby, the little Jack Russell dog, is very friendly, but don't be fooled - he's mainly after treats. :)
please see above . we have used expedia before and was very happy but we think that this hotel should be addressed. it was certainly not a 3 star hotel more like a 1 star .we will be writting to the tourist board to inform them of our experiance.

"If you love being out of town you will love this."
This is my idea of 5 star accommodation. As good as you need without being over the top, in fact very natural farm related environment. Pristine, but you know that there is a farm and a family doing the day to day things that make up rural and family life, it is not intrusive, you just get to share it at arms length.
We were warmly received despite our late arrival - our hostess even called us to check we were on track and able to find our way.
Although we were in the smallest room and our bathroom was compact, our accommodation was well appointed. The shower gets 10/10 and is worth an extra 5 minutes.
Jules and Rod are very welcoming hosts. Their attention to detail stands out - Even complementary Hunter wellies were provided so we could fully enjoy walks through the damp grounds to explore the banks of the River Cleddau.
They describe their full English breakfast as 'crafted' - they're not exaggerating. You can choose from a menu of breakfast items to suit your appetite and cooked to your preference; Jules' marmalade is just... mmm
Wandering around the grand hall, drawing room and landings was enthralling. We wish our stay was longer but we'll just have to go again.
We booked at a significantly discounted rate but have no hesitation to recommend Boulston Manor at full price.
