The company house hotel was warm welcoming and richly decorate. The stunning wood furniture in my room blew me away. Although this beautiful hotel does not have an on the premises dining area multiple restaurants were in walking distance. If you’re looking for a calming place to stay while you explore the beautiful island this is it!

The room was small and very noisy. Impossible to sleep throughout the night. The location was good you could walk to everything in town. Limited breakfast restaurants. No bar or restaurant on property. Check out was at 11:00 am however we request to extend just a few extra minutes, our guests had to use the restroom and there are no restrooms in the lobby. The manager wanted to charge us an extra $50. We basically ignored her while she was constantly banging on the door. We were out by 11:12 am. Not sure if she charged my Visa an extra $50. Welcome to The Company Hotel.

The property was centrally located , a few hundred yard to the best restaurants and delivered wxacrly what we expected. Would book again and encourage others to go.

The front desk took 20 minutes to find our reservation - an uncomfortable experience There was only a trickle of water in the sink. This morning there was no hot water. I let the water run in sink and shower for 15 minutes. it finally got to luke warm. NOT ACCEPTABLE in this quality of hotel. NO BAR, NO BREAKFAST facilities and NO HOT WATER. Cannot recommend this hotel.

My stay at their hotel was 6.5 out of 10 because there was no hot water in the shower the water came in the morning.Secondly, I asked for the superior room and that was not the superior room the beds were small and too close to each other.Thirdly, the house keeping came in the room while we were in there and she didn’t even knocked.Finally,it didn’t have NO spoons or forks for us to use to eat.

Almost everyone on the island was unfriendly, too busy to be welcoming or of any assistance. Do not use Rudy for taxi, quoted us $30 for ride to airport, charged $40 at the end of the trip. Bait and switch. Greed prevails everywhere. Rip off the tourists.

Nice hotel, centrally located. Easy walk to the boardwalk. Friendly staff. very quiet. Negatives: Had to run water a very long time to get some hot water. Lighting in room is very poor. We requested cleaning ever other day, got fresh towels but it would have been nice if the floor would have been swept since we carried in sand from our trips to the beaches.

This hotel was perfectly fine. The room was very clean upon arrival but the maid service (while attentive) during our stay was not great. They did not clean the floors in our room as well as I would have liked. It got sticky and grimmey over the week. A mop and sweep would have been nice. The sheets were not changed during our stay. We ran out of toilet paper. They did not replenish the coffe daily but it was nice to have a keurig. The microwave and fridge were great additions. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was beautiful, but chilly. Great in town location with a short walk to Kings Ally market and water taxi to the Cay.

The front desk staff members (especially the lady who was at the desk in the evening on Monday 9/26 thank you!!) were always very nice and make sure to follow up with my questions and requests. We used the self-laundry which was clean. We enjoyed the pool and didn’t want to go home with wet clothes in luggage. So that was perfect!! The room was clean and comfortable. One thing that I wish we had was hot shower…. Room 101 we stayed at did not have any water. Since we only stayed for a night it was not a major issue though. Walkable to all the restaurants and cafes.

We had no air for 2 days and it took more than 30 minutes of running the water to get hot watee. They moved us to a sister properly on the third day. I still have not seen the credit to my account for those days.

Evening desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. Cleaning rules not explained when checking in. Bathroom was so small couldn't shave because elbow would hit the wall when trying to see in mirror. Couldn't turn around in shower it was so small. Avoid at all all costs which are very high.

This was our first trip to St Croix. Fantastic location for exploring the town. Moments from restaurants and shops/ boardwalk. The Twin City cafe next door is ideal for breakfast. Staff at hotel were welcoming and helpful; always offering refreshed towels or any tolietries and helped when we had deliveries and questions. The rooms were clean, well presented and air con worked well. I would stay here again.
