Lovely resort in the most beautiful tranquil bay! Property, service, food all were excellent. Only suggestion is to improve the on site boutique…it offers very little inventory and variety. It was the only part of our stay that was disappointing.

Le Sereno, five stars and more!
Our recent stay at Le Sereno was no short of serene perfection! The staff and service at this unbelievably beautiful location are truly what makes this hotel shine all 5 stars. We were beyond impressed with the sincerity, kindness, and attention to detail that the staff provided at all times. They really go above and beyond to make sure that you have simply everything you could want for on your trip. Pictures do not do this beautiful hotel justice. An absolutely tranquil stay, just what we needed. Thank you so much to everyone!!

It was very relaxing in a remote setting. The staff was attentive and excellent. Was disappointed in the beach area. The prevailing easterly winds caused some blowing sand issues on the property. Thought the price/performance for the quality of the property was a little to be desired.My wife and I enjoyed our stay but thought the price was somewhat excessive.

Small boutique hotel. Quiet and in paradise.
Highly recommend this small boutique hotel. Very serene. The staff and service was beyond awesome. Quiet and gorgeous. More for couples overlooking a beautiful lagoon.

This is one of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. It is modern with great amenities. The service and the staff's attention to detail is superb. The rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the food is delicious. I cannot wait to come back.

Nice Beach-side Resort
We have stayed at several properties on St Barts. We found the Le Sereno to be a well maintained resort with its own beach. There are many great beaches on St Barts and the resort beach would be one of my least favorites. The Beach is set on a steep slope with not much sand but the surf is small and would be good for small children. There are many great beaches within a short drive of the resort. We found the staff to be very friendly and personable and responsive to our needs. My biggest complaint of this property is the price. You can get the same experience,except for the resort beach, for much less money at other St Barts properties.

Time de funcionários bem treinados, simpáticos e com boa comunicação! Ficamos impressionados com a cordialidade. Quarto excelente, muito limpo e cheiroso. A praia possui mar calmo, ideal para banho e esportes aquáticos (que também são oferecidos pelo hotel). A única ressalva seria sobre a academia, frente ao número de hóspedes que utilizam, poderia ser ampliada e com mais aparelhos/esteiras.

Paraíso em St Barth
Realmente o hotel entrega o que ele pretende. Confortável, agradável e lindo. Fica em uma reserva ecológica e algumas tartarugas nadam na baia em frente ao hotel todos os dias. O único problema que vejo são alguns pernilongos que estão no hotel ( mas também na ilha toda), e que se o quarto não fica fechado adequadamente podem dar um trabalho pra dormir ( mesmo com a raquete elétrica dada pelo hotel e inseticidas). Agua, cerveja e sucos são dados no hotel no quarto e na academia gratuitos.. mas na piscina eles são cobrados.. então leve do quarto... Eles tem um serviço que busca o hospede no aeroporto.. mas recomendo aluguel de caro.. os restaurantes, beach clubs ficam em outras partes da ilha !

Hotel lindo e muito bem cuidado, em uma praia maravilhosa e tranquila! O serviço é impecável, os funcionários não medem esforços e superaram nossas expectativas! Tínhamos um carro alugado que deveríamos devolver no aeroporto e pra evitar estresse eles sugeriram e organizaram tudo pra que o carro fosse buscado no hotel pela locadora e eles mesmos abasteceram pra nós! Assim que reservamos o hotel já recebemos um e-mail com dicas e orientações. O staff nos deu todo o suporte, desde reserva do carro, de restaurantes, até mesmo no aeroporto. Tivemos um problema com a nossa conexão em st marteen e eles já tinham alguém nos esperando para dar todo suporte. Não esperávamos por isso e fez toda a diferença. Todos muito bem educados e preparados. O hotel não tem luxo, mas é lindo, a área da piscina impressiona. Vc pode praticar vários esportes aquáticos e até mesmo ver tartarugas na praia do hotel. Gostamos bastante

A Place like no other in St. Barths
