“Execllent little place to stay! Only one small complaint - can't order movies.”
Cozy Inn is VERY clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent! My only complaint is that my husband and I wanted to order a pay-per-view movie [there was nothing good on TV that night], but you can't there. They simply don't have their acct with DirecTV set up to bill movies to the rooms, therefor you can't order any. There is also no dvd player, so you can't watch any other movies you bring either. Other than that - I loved it!
“Clean and cozy”
This hotel was extremely clean. Management was very friendly and accomadating as was the cleaning staff. I did find a piece of hair on my blanket and told the maid and it was immediatley replaced. My only complaint, if it could be called that, is that the picture on here is misleading. The Cozy Inn has two properties directly across the street from each other. The one pictured here is for the townhouse/apartment rental. If you rent a single room you will stay in something akin to a motel. It's a one story strip type building with the room doors leading directly into the parking lot.
“Good price and location but nasty carpeting”
The Cozy Inn is a good choice if you are seeking value and convenience. We were only a few blocks from downtown St. Augustine, the historic district and several beaches. Our number one criteria was having a kitchenette and being close to everything so win-win, there. However, the carpet was NASTY! Walking around barefoot turned the bottoms of our feet black. We stayed in the efficiency unit, room #20. No issues with housekeeping or cleanliness other than the carpet. Would have been nice to not have to wear our flip flops the whole time but it was an adjustment we were willing to make. Bed wasn't the greatest either but not a big deal considering the decent rates we received.
“Can't wait to go back The place is great”
The place was so cute. Very neat and clean, everything was kept up nicley. The people who ran the place made us feel right at home. We also have told others of our stay there and told them to ceck out the cozy in, I'm so glad I went with my heat it was a great choice. It is so cute and very cozt there. Also St Augistiner was wonderful too,
“A vacation Mecca”
The Cozy Inn is a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in May 2010. I would recommend upgrading to the accomadations across the road. Although the smaller rooms are very clean, the extra space across the road made our vacation a wondeful experience. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. My husband and I upgraded and the staff was very helpful. They also pointed out wonderful local places to eat!! This was the best vacation we have ever had and plan to return later this year.
“Would definately stay here again”
This is a nice little inn. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this is it.
