“Felt like part of the family!”
Want to experience St. Augustine - then this the place to stay. Walking distance from all the attractions. superb service, meals, accommodations.
“Charming B & B in a charming town”
The St. Francis B & B was charming from beginnng to end. The room we had was all antiques and even had a small porch. The breakfast was fabulous and the afternoon snacks, cookies, tea, etc. was topped only by a social dessert time in the evening. They even have a resident cat named Zeke that roams the courtyard and beyond and welcomes the attention he gets for being so darn cute! This was recommended to me by friends and I will certainly continue the recommedation to others. The location was walkable to old town sites and since they provide free parking, it was convenient in that regard as well. Very friendly staff made for a wonderful experience.

“Perfect stay in St Augusinte”
This is the perfect place to stay in St. Augustine! The house is beautiful and well maintained and the grounds are quaint with a lot of ambiance. It is in a great location in the middle of a very scenic neighborhood, very close to all the tourist attractions. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The always available coffee, the homemade cookies in the afternoon, the cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres in the evening, the sherry in the room and the full breakfast were way beyond our expectations, and all included in the room rate. Really enjoyed the rocking chairs on the porch areas, taking a morning swim in the small, walled in pool in back of the house, and eating outside in the shaded couryard. The complimentary bikes, which were always available day and night were great to get around the town and not have to worry about parking. This is the place to stay!

“St Francis Inn was THE BEST”
Very nice, quaint bed and breakfast with privacy at the location across the street from the office. Complementary drinks and breakfast were impressive and delightful. Free bike rentals, easy parking, access to office after hours for beverages. Concierge service. Just wonderful. I would def go back.
“I wasn't on my honeymoon, but it felt like it!”
Outstanding...It was steeped in historical ambience, just off the beaten path but close enough to the sites and restaurants, and the only thing better than the Inn were the people that worked there. The Saffron Suite was both beautiful and cozy. An unusual combination. I asked my girl friend to marry me there. We will never forget that place, and we have promised ourselves to go back every year.
