“Typical North Hampton Hotel”

It was close enough to town and attractions.

“Dirty and NOT in the Historic District”

This hotel is NOT I repeat NOT in the historic district of St. Augustine. It is about 2 miles from the historic district. This hotel was not up to par with other Hampton Inns I have stayed at. There were dried coffee stains on the made bed. The manager and a staff member had to come and change them for us. The entire 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smoke, the ice machine did not work and the parking was very limited. Very dissapointed in this hotel for the $$ we spent. During the breakfast time, the the buffett was dirty and garbage cans were overflowing.

Area recommendations
Stay in the downtown historic district, if you can.... or try and bed and breakfast, this hotel was NOT worth the money spent

“Not Impressed”

Hotel staff (both at the front desk and the cleaning staff) were rude. Air conditioner in room broken (in July!), and no effort were made to remedy the situation.
