It was close to downtown and the prime outlet shops. I liked the fact that it was clean and the staff was very friendly! I guess it was reasonable for that area.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Farefield Inn & Suites in St. Augustine. The hotel is fairly new, well maintained and the staff was friendly too. I had called ahead of time to get a mini fridge in our room and they had in our room before arrival. Its a great place to stay because its right up the road from the Premium Outlets and the shuttle to the Trolley for the St. Augustine City Tour has a stop right outside the hotel! Only concern was sheets weren't changed on one of the beds during room service, but we informed the staff member and they got the housekeeper to take care of it promptly. We would stay again at this place!

A big thank you to the team at Expedia and the Fairfield Inn- am actually writing on behalf of my parents who recently stayed- Tiffany and everyone were outstanding! They really went above and beyond to make sure my folks had a good stay!

Everything as I expected
“Not impressed at all!”
I thought this would be an excellent hotel since it was just built. I was wrong! The beds look comfy but they are hard as a ROCK!! My husband and I both had a terrible back ache the next morning. Also, the A/C took forever to cool our room down. It was 82 degrees when we arrived. When mentioned to the front desk, they said they were "going green" and that it will take a while for the room to cool down. It took over an hour to get to 75 degrees! And the room was very small, not so spacious like the room photos show. We will definately not be staying here again! I was very disappointed!
