From the minute we got there the staff made us feel welcomed. Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Room very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicious! Within walking distance to St George Street and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Clean room. Had to put belongings on floor due to limited counter space (1 bag and a handbag). Parking is about 5 blocks away which is awful when raining.

I stayed at this bed and breakfast with my mom and we just loved the location, view, the breakfast and happy hour were delicious as well. Everyone very helpful and friendly, and our room was very charming!

We lucked into the Westcott. We love B&Bs and this one was great. They offered us an early check-in. The property is in a great location, off the beaten path and quiet. The property is great. The staff was so helpful, nice, and accommodating. They offer gluten-free options at breakfast if you need them. All the staff are knowledgeable about the area and willing to take the time to share what they know. We'll definitely stay here again.

Great location, facilities and service.
The location is hard to beat, right in town, yet enough distance from the craziness. And with a front and center relaxing water view. The first thing we noticed when we walked inside was how homey and welcoming it feels. The staff couldn’t be more friendlier and accommodating. In spite of being located right on a busy street, it felt quiet in the room, though I have to say, that we stayed in one of the rooms in the back. We arrived early and we asked for a tour of the property and all the rooms were beautifully decorated and keeping with the history of the house. The breakfast was delicious and we felt so blessed to be able to start our day in such a beautiful setting on the porch overlooking the boats going by.

We had a wonderful stay there and highly recommend. Quiet and clean but the most notable was the impressive customer service from all the staff. It really appeared everyone loves being there and loves their roles. They even shipped our lost items to us. Great place and great food! Those cookies!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Victoria room and it was beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable and the private porch had a wonderful view of the bay and courtyard below. The sunrise was gorgeous to enjoy with our morning coffee. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The only improvements I would suggest would be that there needs to be more hooks to hang up our towels and there isn't a good place to put luggage. Other than that though, our stay was incredible and we highly recommend it if you are looking to stay in St. Augustine!

We loved having you stay in our Victoria room. It is a favorite for sure. We do have hooks where the luxury robes were hanging. However you can never have too many hooks so we will look into this. The luggage rack is located in the bathroom closet so that must have been missed. So sorry about that, hopefully we will see you again and we can help you with all of the above with pleasure. Perfect Getaway

beautiful house and facility; off site parking appreciated but 3 blocks away; owners not present or were not introduced - treated more like a hotel guest -could easily hear staff issues and conversations from dining room -hot water inadequate for jacuzzi-blinds and curtains in room were inadequate for privacy-cocktail hour and food just okay- Breakfast totally amazing- probably would not return or recommend for the price I paid-

Charming and beautiful B&B - very friendly staff. breakfast on the porch/patio overlooking the intercostal. Short walking distance to Night of Lights, the castle and numerous attractions and shops. Tip: get a little early to secure metered parking across the street - parking on the side where B&B is reserved for nearby residences.

Spectacular
Unlike any experience I have had in about 20 plus years! Super Amazing, professional, courteous, immaculately clean, an overall great experience. We have literally decided that this will be the only place we stay while in St. Augustine. Andre was amazing! He even gave us a bottle of Champagne, good Champagne, to celebrate!!

We loved this place!!! You walk in through the door to find cookies and brownies. The inn keeper was very nice and knowledgeable about areas around town to eat and activities to do. Our room was the Menéndez. Omg was it cute. It was clean and welcoming!!! Breakfast in the morning was fantastic!!! My only complaint was that I wish they had night rules to accommodate all guests. You get a house key when you check in to come and go as you please after hours. After midnight, a loud drunk group came in and sleep was not happening. Not fair for the price you pay to stay here and you can’t enjoy your sleep.
