Good airport hotel
Good hotel, very convenient for Colombo airport. Clean and comfortable room and a good breakfast was included in the rate. The airport pick up was also very good and helped make our arrival a bit easier. We would certainly stay again when traveling to and from the airport.

The only thing we did not like was we had a very small breakfast but had to pay for the full buffet breakfast. It would be better if there was a selection choice.

Very comfortable
Really comfortable and clean room. Everything works as it should. Much different from local hotels in Sri Lanka. The service however wasn’t as good as local hotels - lacked that level of friendliness, at least in my opinion compare to the local places

Poor quality of breakfast. Egg station person does not know how to make a Spanish omelette, do not know how to handle customer request for coffee. They are good people but need training.

The property was ok, staff were relatively friendly and accomodating. The main issue was that it was not actually close to the airport - 6km or so by taxi. In future it would be easier to stay nearer to the train station and catch a taxi in one go

It was close to the airport; apart from that a very disappointing hotel. It’s dated, the food is awful, room keys don’t work, air conditioning in the room was faulty.

Beware of this hotel
Don’t even bother looking at this hotel. The hotel is horrible and only thing is the proximity to the CMB airport. They mislead customers, they say FREE airport transportation but they charged. Last minute I did not have choice other than paying for the transfer. Beware!!!!!

Nice hotel near the airport
Nice big room with decent facilities. This was deluxe room. The bathroom was also clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a good size gym.

We stayed for a transit between flights and were so happy when we saw how clean the hotel rooms were. Queen size bed and a lovely big bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and two sinks. The staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Great location, 20 mins to the airport. Clean and decent staff. Only complaint I have is that I called the property the day before to ask if the shuttle service to the airport is included and I was told yes. However to be dropped off at the airport they charge you 2000 slr. They were not very nice about it when I told them about the phone call on the previous day. Be warned!!

It is about unfair to comment as my family and I only stayed as it was close to the airport and our flight arrived in the middle of the night. The staff were efficient and helpful. The beds comfortable and the shower was hit with good water pressure. We did not have breakfast.

My wife paid the breakfast with her credit card at the hotel.. The next day she receuved 3 spurious transactions!

Hotel staff very accomodating to get a non smoking room at check in. Also happy to assist with airport transfer. On the negative side the hotel needs a bigger higher sign at entrance. Very easy to miss when driving and trying to find the property. Not easy if you do not know the loxation. Staff did not know how to check out when paid via expedia.

It’s very convenient from the airport and their transportation staff is wonderful. But I fell through the chair (I weigh 130lbs), plugpoints didn’t work, and while the room was spacious it seemed worn. It’s giod to sleep but watch your rear end...

So much to improve...
The hotel employs wonderful people but it is badly managed. There were so many little issues one could improve within a a couple of days but nobody cares about them. I’ll come back soon but only because of the friendly staff at the reception, restaurant, housekeeping.

Relaxed few day near airport after arriving S L.
Facility what the hotel advertise in Hotels.com was not originally there. This was made uncomfortable for guests. As an example, there must be a spa as well as in-room massaging but nothing was available. I felt it was a sort of misleading their customers who booked the hotel through Hoteles.com.

Falsely advertised as clean and luxurious. Using the world famous name of Ramada Hotels this atrocious excuse for a hotel should be delisted from Expedia's properties. I urge Expedia to send a representative to check it out for themselves.

We arrived late during the night and after submitting all the required documents and even confirming that the rooms have been prepaid, the hotel staff are not ready to check-in. It is the responsibility of Expedia and the hotel to take care of these things and not do these things while the guest is at the reception.

Below average hotel with even worse dinning options. Our food took over an hour to get served and they forgot to make an order that was placed an hour before the rest of our party ordered their food. The false fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night and the only explanation that the staff could give was that someone pulled the alarm on accident. If you have to stay at this hotel, don't expect much. The close proximity to the airport is the only thing that is going on for this hotel.

They were difficult to deal with. They couldn't switch my room when asked and there was a dead geico on the floor that apparently hadn't been cleaned. And there was nothing to do with in walking distance. The pool was nice and cocktails were cheap

Warn out, pool services, in the middle of no where
OLD, warn out, in the middle of NO where. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. He complained that hotel was fully booked, hotel.com was giving him a burden for accepting my booking. wifi password was not giving at first, when asked the same receptionist guy was frustrated while handling it to me... but that password was never work! The bell boy was nice, at least with the service minded. Bur surprisingly the room (though very old) was very clean.. bathroom equipment was well maintained and clean. I would not recommend to anyone.. Unless you really struck at the airport and need some place to shower and a quick sleep. Then at least it is clean.

Slightly dated hotel but comfortable enough.
Moved to this hotel after a disappointing experience at a nearby hotel. This was certainly a good move as this hotel offers good comfort and nice facilities at a reasonable price.The dinner buffet was very good. Minus points are the fact that you only get 6hrs of free wifi per day and the airconditioning did not cool the room enough for my liking. Apart from this I would stay here again.

Useless staff.. Overpriced .. Not recommended
Most hotels have free shuttles - they charge 1500 lkr.. They provide just one wifi password for a double room that can be used on only one device.. Indian food at hotel was appalling... They made mistake in our bill and called the driver who was dropping us off at airport to ask for money from us.. Hopeless.. Do not visit ever... Strongly not recommend
