My recent stay at (TOWNEPLACE SUITE) was an absolute nightmare due to the shocking lack of room service for a staggering five days. I am appalled by the level of negligence and disregard for basic guest needs that I encountered during my time at this establishment.
From the moment I checked in, it was clear that something was amiss. After three day, I realized that my room had not been attended to—no fresh towels, no made bed, and no replenished amenities. Assuming it was an oversight, I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff, hoping for a swift resolution. However, day after day went by, and my room remained untouched and unserviced.
On my second week staying again my room has been refreshment or clean for 5 days and I brought this attention of the hotel staff and I was told by stuff that the hotel doesn't provide any room service for 5 day. I was very shocked and disappointed to hear that from the front desk stuff.
The lack of room service resulted in an unacceptable living environment. The trash began to pile up, the bathroom turned into an unsanitary mess, and the overall cleanliness of the room deteriorated rapidly.
