Painful. I will hunt harder the next time I visit my daughter at her college, and will reserve further in advance. I will not stay here again.

I liked the hotel, the staff was very friendly my only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast, not much variety, other than that i was very satisfied with my stay.

“Less than Impressed”

When I reserved at room at this hotel I requested handicap access due to traveling with one person in a wheel chair, and also requested a roll away bed because we had 5 people in the room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room on the second floor with no elevator and two full size beds. No roll away. I told them we could not possibly go into that room because i could not carry the person up the stairs that was in a wheel chair. At that time, they informed me that the requests were never made. They provided me with a room on the first floor that was luckily available but with a king bed and a pull out couch. We still could not get the roll away bed. The couch had no sheets, blankets or pillows for sleeping. The hotel room was clean and the staff was very kind. I was never informed where to go for the breakfast and the vending machines did not work. Luckily we were only there for one night and spent much of our time out of the room and made do. If they did not have a room available on the first floor we would have been stuck 2 hours away from home with no place to sleep. I believe this hotel has many locals living there due to the fact that a school bus was dropping children off when we arrived. The locals have gotten all the first floor rooms, leaving only second floor for guests. Not really acceptable especially when traveling with a handicap person.

everything was great the bedroom was very clean and the view of the laKE FROM THE ROOM WAS AMAZING

“good for quick overnight stop only”

A lot of locals are living at the hotel - continental breakfast was loud and people were very obnoxious. No pool or shopping near-by to help pass the time. No pedestrian crossings for safely getting to the restaurants across the street. It was not as close to the interstate as we were led to believe.

“would never stay there again”

I booked 2 dble beds in nonsmoking, at time of check we recieved 1room with 2 double beds in smoking and 1 room with 1 double bed in nonsmoking. I had 2 other adults and 2 children with me. The children and 1 adult had to stay in the smoking room and 2 adults in nonsmoking. We were put on opposite sides of the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. There was no apology or anything. You know the old saying you get what you pay for.

The only good thing I can say the room was roomy. I may be ok for one nioght, but beyond that I would not recommend this hotel
