Well the hotel didn’t me the room I reserved. We waited for 45 minutes trying to get the right room. The GM told the desk personal i had to take the wrong room. It was a mess. I had already slide my card. I was stuck.

My pillow case had some huge kind of stain on it. The shower also had a yellowish brown stain in it. No channel guide for the TV or light drapes to shield from the light either. Heat didnt really work. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

The beds are very comfortable but both overhead lights in the room were out was very hard to see at night, I ended up having to use my Flashlight on my phone just to not get hurt when dark. Staff very friendly and rooms were clean.

Disappointing for a Hilton
I was shockingly disappointed with this particular Hilton. I decided to go for more expensive hotel precisely bc the facility had a restaurant and lounge, only to find that it was closed. Only one person was on duty in the whole place. The linens were clean but the bed covers looked like a million cats had been scratching at them and pulling out loose threads. I had just one nearly empty roll of toilet paper in my room and had to go to the desk to get more, and the remote and bedside table were dirty. It seems to be problem of management, not service. I was too tired to find somewhere else, but I certainly won't stay here again.

They need Cable TV Guides, as a business traveler, I'm on the road 12 weeks a year...every hotel is different and it's annoying looking for my favorite channels. No free breakfast.

It was a nice place to stay. I enjoyed it. I went to the front desk twice that morning and there wasn't anyone there. There was someone there when we checked out. Also, about 7am, a staff person(A young man with a hoodie on, it could have been easily misinterpreted as a burglar) knocked on the door to "check" if someone was in the room. I wasn't happy but let it go, at 930, housekeeping knocked to check the room as well. Checkout time is 11am, unless we checked out early, we shouldn't have been disturbed....TWICE.

Room Needs upgrade
Only had half a roll of toilet paper. Rug was coming apart at seem by door entry. Chair arm broken lose by table and table leg was wobbly. Stains on lounge chair. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed them. Not worth $180 per night (after all extra charges)

Bed was comfy, out of shower supplies which I didn’t know till I was taking one. No soap in bathroom, also had music so loud from the lobby I could hear it on the third floor till 11:15.

Ok but the pool area.
Mostly great. Several problens with the pool. 1. It really small. 2. The hot top is covered in trash bags and yellow safery tape. 3 the pool towels are smaller then dish towels.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. The hot tub was half full and pretty disgusting. Only got about 1/8 if a roll of toilet paper for 2 nights. Luckily we brought some. I think they may have been short staffed.

General upkeep....lobby was wonderfull but knce on my floor(4th), horrible!! No ice machine, vending etc. Carpet coming up, then once in the room, worse. Hair and pink mold in the tub, black mold all over the window sill, stained duvee cover, office chair broken. All general issues and given another duvee. Stayed out of the tub and away from the window! Last but not.least.... wife offered to fix me a cup of coffee, pulled the coffee maker out feom the wall a little and it and the tray, covered in dust. Opened the water compartment only to find a dead roach in it.... went down to the desk with pictures and manager said, "sorry, will let housekeeping know". Hilton was, at one time, a good hotel....what happened?!? Have photos of everything, but this app won't upload them!!!

In town for a family funeral. Hotel seemed nice and clean however found ants on the desk one morning and another from our party found a weird beetle like bug in their room on the 4th floor. Also they were out of shampoo for the room.

There were a few things that needed attention. The entry light into the room didn’t work and the handle to the faucet attention. I mentioned it at check out to get fixed. The breakfast was good. If you pay an extra $5 you could order off menu and custom order your eggs.

Staff was nice but hotel is in dire need of a makeover. Missing hair dryer in our room, staff supplied a small hand held one that stopped working after 2 minutes at best. The carpet in our room was dirty and worn down and splitting at the seams. Faux leather trim around mirror was peeled off and the common eating area had leather benches and chairs that were worn down to stuffing! Cloth chairs were dirty. Added $25 onto our fee for incidentals which is supposedly refunded after inspection of the room (TBD). If it wasn’t for the nice staff, I wouldn’t give this hotel any stars. I give it a 4 of 10.
