Not Again

Pros: staff
Cons: room maintenance when requested. kitchenettes with amenities
Location: location is good
Staff did their best to make my 7 day stay comfortable, but the hotel was run down, nothing in the kitchenette (no plates, silverware, etc.), occasional wifi failures, and many people in and out that weren't hotel guests. Also no room maintenance until the 8th day. Its worth the extra $ for a better extended stay hotel.

I appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention. I am so sorry to read that your kitchen amenities did not meet your expectations, and that our housekeeping policy did not meet your needs. We keep kitchen equipment behind the front desk to ensure it is properly sanitized, and it is available to all guests upon request. As well, we do offer daily housekeeping for an additional fee. I do apologize that my staff did not inform you of these amenities upon check-in. I will be working with my front desk staff to ensure that we are properly informing guests of these procedures to ensure that your experience is not repeated. Thanks to your feedback, we can continue to work on providing an exceptional stay for all of our guests. No frills and pretty plain but it was clean, convenient and they were nice.

Even though we stopped for a night, the room was functional for our needs. They also provide guests with whatever household items thst you need. If you want to stay in Springfield for awhile this would be a good stop. Just remember to bring food.

GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE BUT HAD MAJOR ISSUES

Great price I only paid 40 a night and I had basically a full kitchen....I did see ants....I did find things that were not mine under the bed.......and when I took the dishes down to trade them....the service desk said the dishes are not done and I took the dirty dishes back to my room.......they have issues but I couldnt beat the price....

The hotel had everything I wanted: a nice bed, nice TV, friendly staff, mini kitchen, and it was close to everything in town. Will stay here again when I'm in Springfield.

Bad experience

I booked a room with double beds . Got a full bed. The room was dirty and there was one towel and no rags. They put me in a different room. Again 1 full bed and recliner. I was going to be traveling with a 9 & 12 year old. Thank God I was able to leave the 9 year old behind because there was no place for one of us to sleep. There was no coffee maker, no shampoo or conditioner and only one bar of facial soap for two people. There were ants in our room as well. If there were available lodging elsewhere I would have left. The bed was HORRIBLE. 6 hour drive home after that brick bed took a toll on my back and neck. I would've gotten more comfort sleeping in my honda accord. I don't recommend this place at all!!!! I give it -5
