So disappointing.

Pros: close proximity to Missouri State University The staff were friendly. Free WiFi
Cons: removing/replacing the carpet in the room. mattress needs to be replaced.
Location: very close to Missouri State University.
The bed was horrible. Hard and lumpy in spots. The carpet was stained and nasty. The bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly. Check-in and check out was quick. Honestly, I will not stay there again.

Hotel Rooms need TLC

Pros: Easy access from highway.
Cons: Room cleanliness.
Location: Close to highway, medical center.
Check in was alright. room had a musty smell to it. Was very dirty in the bathroom area. Above the shower wall around the entire door frame and also along the base of the show. We did not expect this. There are better properties around for the same price. I should have booked somewhere else.

The room was not very clean when I arrived, there are basically no amenities provided - you can select "packages" of additional things you need. There is also no insulation between floors so you can hear every move of your upstairs neighbor. I will not stay here again!!

Rooms are not well maintained. Very spartan, no shampoo, no coffeemaker, normal amenities not provided. Bed was comfortable, but pillows and bedding smelled of smoke, non smoking room. Would not recommend at all.

Disappointed in the breakfast which doesn't really exist. It coffee and granola bars.... Bed was very comfortable with more than one pillow option! Kitchen- ete was completely empty don't now what you would have done if you expected to use it. No pots,pans, dishes, silverware, dish soap or paper towels.

I also apologize that the features for our fully equipped kitchens weren't fully explained. All items, such as pots, pans, dishes, etc..., are available upon request. This decreases the clutter of your room while providing you with a customized cooking experience. It also allows us to ensure that each dish we deliver to you has been properly cleaned before reaching your hands. I will speak with our staff to make sure our grab-and-go breakfast is fully stocked and that our communication about all of our amenities greatly improves. We continually work to improve our hotel, so I really appreciate you providing us with your feedback. Worst ever Nasty dirty none of the items

This was nasty dirty - furniture stained and like something picked out of a dumpster. Walls had sheet rock showing in places, refused to sleep or sit on bed. Slept in dining chair. I have pictures!!!

Not Again

Cons: room maintenance when requested. kitchenettes with amenities
Location: location is good
Staff did their best to make my 7 day stay comfortable, but the hotel was run down, nothing in the kitchenette (no plates, silverware, etc.), occasional wifi failures, and many people in and out that weren't hotel guests. Also no room maintenance until the 8th day. Its worth the extra $ for a better extended stay hotel.
