Very clean hotel. Wonderful options during happy hour and breakfast. Nice sized room. Unfortunately we were placed next to someone who probably had mental health issues and they attempted to break into our hotel room and kept us awake our last night there by shouting out multiple times from about one in the morning until 4 am when I called the desk and complained. The hotel is nice and hopefully this will be an isolated incident.

Good room, but the breakfast area was filthy (tables, seats), water leaking all over the floor on buffet line, the kitchen itself was very dirty as I had to peek in to let staff know of water pool on buffet floor, and floor and counters were very dirty.

Right off the highway. Very clean. Loved the evening reception and drinks. Breakfast is always good. Didnt use the pool but it looked inviting. Workout room had everything you needed. Definitely reccomend.

My son and I stayed one night for a football tournament in the area. It was easy to find the place, the staff was friendly , informative and kind. The room was clean. We had breakfast the next morning. It was all very orderly, quiet and pleasant.

Enjoyed the stay just needs updating
Overall is wasn’t bad just the hotel it self could use an update. Elevator extremely slow so we used the stairs to the 3rd floor all the time. The rooms are not very sound proof could hear other guests above us. The shower was hard to regulate the hot and cold. The staff was very friendly and polite, rooms were clean and had plenty of towels and the food was good.

A Home style sort of place.
Warm and friendly front desk staff. Room was immaculate, thank you Nicole. Common sreas are a bit worn and dingy. Very safety conscious. Great for families. Dinner and breakfast included. Which was great as the weather was nasty. Could use some new mattresses.

Druy cant go wrong great service clean ok rest
Amazing front staff the rest is ok they went above to make sure i was happy with Druy Springfield Mo before i even called it a night. I will absolutely stay with druy with service like ive always gotten from Druy hotels. I'm difficult to and they are always nice and generally good people

Weekend Family Stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the Drury Inn & Suites. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff kept the food stocked and the area clean even though the hotel was full of guests. The indoor/outdoor pool was clean, refreshing, and invigorating. We would definitely stay here again.

The food and drinks are great and definitely add value. Our room, the toilet would gurgle and gurgle and it smelled like sewage. The shower didn't have good water pressure or heat. We didn't want to complain. Because of the holiday, but needless to say, it wasn't ideal. I think this is an older Drury. A little update would do wonders!

The room was great, clean and orderly, beds very comfortable, evening meal was great with cocktails. Only problem was when we tried to take shower we couldn’t get the water to come out of the shower head, knob came off the plunger (?) so the water couldn’t bypass the faucet. Called the front desk and someone came and was able to get the water to come out of the shower head. After that the shower was great. Kept the water on until we were both finished with our showers. The issue wasn’t repaired just fixed long enough for us to take showers.
