“Quiet, yet closed to everything”
This was a one night stop between points. When you're traveling you want no hassle when you arrive. We were greeted cordially and professionally, and reminded of the amenities. The place was not located on "motel row," none the less, quiet yet within minutes of everything you might need or want to see including major hospitals and closed to all the best Springfield has to offer. The room was large, clean, with plush bedding and modern. A great night's rest.
“Good overall but a lot of noise from the interstate.”
Beds were comfortable and it did not seem dirty problemwas that you could here the road noise way to loud. A trash truck came through at 2 in the morning, breakfast was pretty good but I am a light sleeper and therefor would not stay here again.
“Great little motel in a nice area for a very reasonable rate”
This is not the ritz, but then the price is easy on the wallet. There were a lot of nice touches and we'll definitely be back. We like the pond nearby with the walking path around it. It was very quiet - indeed much more so than a lot of more expensive hotels we've visited. The breakfast was what you'd expect for the price. We really enjoyed the small sitting area in the room and the little private dressing area next to the bathroom. The small fridge and microwave were also nice touches.
“Great value for the money!”
Arbor Suites Medical Mile is an overall good value. The price is very inexpensive for what you get. The room was very clean and well kempt. The staff was friendly, as well. The only con that I could think of is the side of the suite we stayed on is very close to a freeway. Since it's actually "motel" style, with the doors on the outside, it was a bit noisy. But, I think a good door sealant would have fixed that issue. Overall, the value of the stay was excellent and I will stay there again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. We found things to be in tip-top shape and the front staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish there had been indoor stairways rather than outdoor but other than that, everything was very satisfactory. Would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend to others.

Hotel was clean and neat, and the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Easy access to freeway and Springfield medical facilities. Older hotel that had been renovated -- some delapidation of facilities and outside entrances to rooms. Freeway noise.

I could not believe how nice this place was for the money I paid, I would recommend it to anyone at any level.

Not a new hotel, but nicely decorated. Really like the room layout with the bathroom sink outside of the shower/toilet. Heater/AC is the type that shuts on/off instead of running constantly. Breakfast was satsifactory with a waffle machine and the usual continental fare. I've certainly been in fancier hotels, but for the money, it's very tough to beat.
“Great value for the price”
The staff was friendly and I felt the room was clean. We did notice that they forgot to take an old filter out of the coffe pot. Convenient location and happy with a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was good.
“Older Hotel But Served It's Purpose”
I was looking for a hotel with close proximity to Missouri State University. Specifically, an extended stay hotel at a reasonable price. Arbor Suites Medical Mile fit the bill. Located 4 easy miles from MSU, it is an older property in need of some upkeep and updating. The rooms were large and clean and had the necessary items, i.e., wi-fi, microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. I was not impressed with the breakfast offerings but there was fresh fruit. Housekeeping was good; Tonya and Debbie were receptive to my requests. Check in and check out were pleasant. One warning though: the rooms on the freeway side of the hotel could be subject to lots of traffic noise. My room was on the street side and noise was at a minimum. Plenty of hot water, too. Arbor Suites provided a nice place to stay for the 5 nights I was in Springfield. I will keep it in mind when I return to visit my student athlete at Missouri State University.
