“Convenient.”

The blanket had a big cigarette burn in it, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel had a free breakfast with many items to choose from. I would stay again for the price.

Area recommendations

Downtown is close by and has a lot of shopping and good restaurants.

“noisey”

Nice staff. Bar under hotel lobby had a band that played until 2 am. Very little sleep.

“Clean, comfortable and convenient”

We arrived late and checked out late and that was fine. The room was on the small side but well organized and very clean. Bed was comfortable, shower temperature and flow both just right and amenities included both a fridge and a microwave. Location was just off the freeway and close to downtown. Price was lower than other places with comparable ratings. Most important of all, my wife liked it.

Area recommendations

The downtown area is small but clean and attractive with several nice restaurants and nearby parks.

“Very enjoyable stay.”

“Great Experience”

Loved the convenience to freeway. Hotel staff friendly and informative. The restaurant was excellet in service and food. But the best thing that impressed us was the quiet shower and toilet!! No distraction noises from other rooms.

“Hotel OK (3) Expedia Issues”

We just tried for the first time using Expedia to save on a hotel stay. We were moving our daughter into college in Spokane and new our time at a hotel would be minimal so we thought we would try and save a little on a hotel by using Expedia. Expedia site explains you will be notified after you secure your room with a credit card which hotel you will be staying in. All of this would be fine if they also explained they do not guarantee whether you will be in a smoking or non-smoking room when arriving at the hotel. As you would expect we were told by the hotel (Quality Inn) they only had "smoking rooms" available and that this is a typical issue with booking through Expedia's discounted hotel offer. A simple statement from Expedia explaining this part would certainly of helped us decide if we wanted to save the $39.00 or not. The hotel gave a bit of good advice which is if you book using this Expedia offer you should immediately call the hotel (once it is revealed) and confirm the type of room you require.

“not too bad”

Convenient location--right off the freeway. (One way streets make it tricky to get back on, but it's possible.) We were surprised that this was a 3 star rating, but once there were overall satisfied with the hotel.

“Excellent Breakfast”

Hotel was nothing fancy, but clean, decent pool. The breakfast was great; usually when places say 'continental breakfast' I don't know what continent they mean cause it's pretty pathetic. However this place had a real breakfast...

“This was not a 3-star facility.”

I bid on this room blind and was very disappointed that I couldn't get a room with 2 beds (required) and a non-smoking room (which this room was not). Hotel staff was not willing to make any changes to accomodate my request. You need to be able to at least specify # of beds and smoking vs. non-smoking on these blind bids, or I'll never use your service again.
