Thank you for your response. I was most distraught to hear about your recent stay with us. We try to make each persons stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I do apologize that your mattresses was not comfortable as we just replaced all of them a year ago. I am glad that you said something about what displeased you as we always want to provide our guests with a well-stocked room. I will use your comments at our next staff meeting for training. I will also inform our maintenance engineer to check the Pool & hot tub more often when we are experiencing extremely large volume of team activity due to tournaments in town. I will also use your comments for our Front Desk staff. We want you to feel welcomed as we appreciate each guest that chooses to stay with us. If their behavior was rude, I do apologize and will address this issue with each of them. I am sorry for the noises at night. Being a downtown hotel, I would like to say there is something we can do, but unfortunately we do have traffic, sirens and train noises. I do realize your stay was not our usual guest experience, but I do hope that you will not let this dissuade you from staying a Marriott customer.

The Centennial trail makes it so nice to get to not only the Spokane Convention Center, but close to other things like the First Interstate Center for the arts. Thank you for your comments. Yes, unfortunately as with larger cities, we are experiencing our share of the homeless population. We always recommend to stay on the main streets and have had, so far, no incidents that have been reported to us and yes there are some very good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We do hope you will return once again as we value your loyalty to us and Marriott.
