Lovely modern hotel. Excellent staff so helpful and friendly. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the sea. 15 mins by car to Split , use Uber or Bolt otherwise 30/40 euro for taxi.

The hotel staff from the manager, bar service, and housekeeping made sure our stay was great. They want out of their way to accommodate our group and provided great suggestions on places to eat.

This is a beautiful and well maintained property with its own beach and lots of amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The on-site dinning was exceptional. The hotel exceeded expectations.

Overall, we had a frustrating stay at the hotel as we didn’t the experience that was promoted. This is how the site we booked on promotes Hotel Split ‘…grab a bite to eat at L'Aroma restaurant, which serves Mediterranean cuisine and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A rooftop terrace, a bar/lounge and a fitness centre are other highlights at this upmarket hotel.’ The L’Aroma restaurant was closed so breakfast was served in a room with a view of the car park, and food was available from 3pm from the Lobby bar – which to be fair has a great view of the sea. The pool wasn’t also wasn’t open, although other hotels nearby did have their pools open. I know it was early in the season but we only found that these facilities were not available out when we got there. I would have expected to be told before we got there. We booked a Superior Double Room with a sea view and Terrace. The patio directly outside our room had not been cleaned, possibly for months as not only was it dirty but the drain was blocked. There were a number of issues with our room including a safe we couldn’t lock, cupboard lights that wouldn’t go out (making the room quite light at night time) and the main curtains missing some hooks. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss – some days the carpets were vacuumed, some days surfaces were cleaned but not every day. We have mentioned these (and other) the issues with the hotel. The staff at hotel split are so friendly. They made us feel so at home. Everything was really well done at the hotel, but it’s the friendliness and professionalism of the staff that made it special. We will be back!

Absolutely wonderful! The staff were so friendly and really couldn’t do enough for you! They had so much to offer - I don’t think they missed anything off their extensive list of services - they’ve really thought about their customers and it shows! The room was super clean and spacious and the view from the balcony was just stunning. Perfect place to watch the sunset! The location is just outside of Split - a 10-15 min Uber ride to Split city centre was so easy to organise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend! :)

Very clean, smart and quiet hotel. Lovely outlook over the small very clean beach with a handful of small restaurants nearby. It’s not too far from the centre of Split but the road to and from can be a bit of a nightmare due to heavy traffic.

The hotel location was wonderful on the sea, however, the rooms on the surface are remodeled, but they are not complete and still have a bad musty smell that remains. It was nice to have a restaurant, however the dessert were old and stale. When I brought it to their attention, in order to inform them only, the wait staff was confrontational. The change provided was wrong as well, and I had to ask to the correct change amount.

A super location, with its own private beach that was clean and safe. The staff were fantastic and really attentive for the whole trip. Its clear that some of the hotel has suffered from the effects of the pandemic and a loss of tourism but it is definitely a fantastic place for a week relaxing by the clear sea. Rooftop terrace food was also a really nice touch on our final evening and would reccomend a visit there if you stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was not very far from Split and we used Uber to travel every day. The daily fare was roughly £8-10 sterling. The morning breakfast was excellent and the service staff was very friendly. There are beach restaurants (at level-4 via lift) which were good for evenings meals.
