We stayed for three nights and loved this hotel. We'd definitely return. It is in a very central position with about a 5 minute walk to either the Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps. Metro and bus links are also on the doorstop. We'd read reviews that indicated rooms were small but ours was a decent size and well furnished, the bathroom and shower were great. The hotel was impeccably clean at all times. Well worth a visit!
The Inn at the Spanish Steps is right in the middle of everything. The room we had was fine sized for two, was clean and provided a very good launch pad for our tourist jaunts. The room was also quiet even though it was near a busy area. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread, making the day that much easier.
I stayed here with my Girlfriend for a short trip. It was our first time to Rome so we wanted to stay near the sites. This hotel was perfectly located to see everything and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are nice enough and clean. Would stay here again and will recommend to any one visiting Rome.
The Trevi Palace luxury apartments was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. It was centrally located with lots of lovely restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The apartments were modern and chic and very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and no request was too much trouble for them. We had a wonderful stay and will stay there again on our next visit to Rome

My daughter, two teenage grandsons and I visited Rome for a week where we spent 6 nights occupying two rooms at Hotel De Petris. This charming hotel was small but all I had wished. The english speaking staff was friendly, helpful, and available 24/7. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable with good air conditioning, wifi and reasonably priced drinks in a small refrigerator. However, the best part was the location of the hotel. It was in walking distance of Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Capuchin Crypt, Piazza Barberini, city buses, the metro, hop on and hop off buses, ATM machines, numerous restaurants (including Hard Rock and Mac Donalds if you tired of Italian food), shopping, and small grocery stores.

This was a lovely hotel in a wonderful location, right by the Trevi Fountain. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate though perhaps not as good as a lot of the hotels we have stayed in. We stayed four nights and because of the central location we saw everything we wanted to see again, having visited Rome once before. I would certainly recommend this Hotel.
Went on a extended week/end just to relax and enjoy in Rome experience, atmosphere and ancient surrounding. Hotel location is excellent for all those who want to walk around and experience mixture of sightseeing spots like Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Poppolo, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Venezia/Vittorio Emanuele II and Coloseum, but on the other hand want to feel the touch of luxury from Via dei Condotti (near the corner of hotel) and Via del Corso and Via del Babuino. In this area among shops there are plenty of cafe's, restaurants and all elements you need to have authentic Roman experience.

Perfectly situated near the top of the Spanish Steps. Easy walk along the ridge to the park and Borghese gallery, with beautiful views out over the City. All the ancient and baroque sites are within easy reach, the Vatican is a bit further away. We never took a cab or felt the need to. A characterful building with a quirky comfortable stylish modern room thoughtfully designed, detailed and planned and just a pleasure to hang out in. Our bathroom had a massive spa bath and beautiful modern mosaic tiled walls. Some nice little touches to make it ideal for a romantic stay. Double hinged windows and shutters keep the street noise and sunshine out when you desire. We threw them open to enjoy the view into the street and the Roman vibe. Lovely room service breakfast. Everything informal and friendly. Not a big glitzy place, no lobby to speak of, but just as luxurious as more conventional five star offerings once you are inside. It has lots of stairs and no lift so don't book if you cant do stairs!
