The Trevi Palace luxury apartments was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. It was centrally located with lots of lovely restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The apartments were modern and chic and very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and no request was too much trouble for them. We had a wonderful stay and will stay there again on our next visit to Rome

My daughter, two teenage grandsons and I visited Rome for a week where we spent 6 nights occupying two rooms at Hotel De Petris. This charming hotel was small but all I had wished. The english speaking staff was friendly, helpful, and available 24/7. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable with good air conditioning, wifi and reasonably priced drinks in a small refrigerator. However, the best part was the location of the hotel. It was in walking distance of Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Capuchin Crypt, Piazza Barberini, city buses, the metro, hop on and hop off buses, ATM machines, numerous restaurants (including Hard Rock and Mac Donalds if you tired of Italian food), shopping, and small grocery stores.

The staff were kind and very curteous. Our room and the hotel were excellent. The only slight disappintment was that being English, we would have liked a little kettle and tea/coffee making facilities in the room and also we would have liked an armchair as well as the dining table style chairs in our twin room that were in situ. The breakfast, included in the price of our stay, was copious and catered for international tastes. Everything for breakfast was on hand and of excellent quality fresh food. We wanted for nothing.
The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. We had fresh sheets and towels daily and the room had climate control which was very good. We had a room in a quiet part of the hotel which is exactly what we wanted and our double aspect room had a little balcony.
We even had Sky TV in the room so were able to watch BBC world news and weather.
Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our stay was an 80th birthday gift to my husband from my sons. From the moment we arrived we were treated as special. We were helped and guided to make the most of our stay in this lovely city. The breakfast was superb and we felt totally spoilt. Nothing seemed too much trouble, they even looked after our cases after checkout until our taxi arrived late afternoon.
