With great anticipation we made reservations at your hotel for our spring break, our first spring break and my mother's first trip to Florida. I wish that I could say that it was a great experience but unfortunately I cannot say that.
We called a couple weeks ahead of time to arrange for a crib to be in our room when we arrived but unfortunately it was not there. The associate at the front desk apologized and said she would have it sent right up. When we returned to our room after some time at the beach there still was not a crib. There was a pack-n-play. A pack-n-play is nothing like a crib. It is very small. My son was not comfortable in it at all so needless to say that we did not sleep comfortably at all.
When I went to give my son a bath I noticed that the tub was dirty. There was pink soap scum and dirt in the tub. When my mother took my older son to the pool, she told the front desk associate who said "Did you want me to send someone to clean it?" Really?!? We have a dirty bathtub and you have to ask if it wanted it cleaned. Unbelievable. After the cleaning people left my older son went to take his bath and I looked and it was still dirty. The next morning we called the front desk and they offered to move our room. We asked for someone to help us and was told no one was available. We asked for a luggage cart and again, nothing available. We had reservations so my mother and I carted all of our luggage, toys and two children to a room that was suppose

Room was average. We paid a little more for a full deck/patio, but regretted it since we were directly above the roof with the a/c unit and had to listen to it instead of the ocean. In addition, half of the pool deck was closed off for pressure washing and maintenance which took away from the ambiance. Overall average stay, but would have stayed at another hotel if we’d known.
Second time I stay at this location. Staff is professional and prompt to help. Accommodations and beach area are great.
Stayed on the 10th floor this time , oceanfront … amazing view.

Overall, this is a fantastic, beautiful, relaxing property and I would definitely return again. We stayed for a week and loved every minute. 9th floor, ocean view suite had perfect views of the ocean and property. Yes, some things are a bit outdated and in need of repair on the property but did not interfere with our stay.

We absolutely love it here! This was our second spring break spent in Melbourne and we are hooked. The location is amazing. Close enogh to go explore Cocoa Beach and Orlando for a day, and then come back to the beach. There are no crazy crowds of teenagers to deal with (huge bonus) and hearing the ocean all night is perfection. We'll be coming back for sure!

Family and couple friendly property right on the beach and ideal for a getaway. Property is showing a bit of maintenance need but nothing that impacted the stay too badly. Parking fee was annoying but mostly necessary to keep people from using it as free beach acces.

Hilton Corporate needs to go through this property with a fine tooth comb. The room I had was not up to the Hilton Standards. The entire reason I stayed there was because I expect Hilton properties to have a high standard. When my family and I arrived there were used coffee pods in the ice bucket, dirty towels in the bathroom cabinets. Next nails were coming out of the baseboard by the closet right by where my family had to walk. There was water damage on the wall and the sheetrock needs replaced in a 2 foot by 2 foot section. The furniture was stained with coffee and the bathroom had all sorts of debris in the corners and needed a deep cleaning. I took pictures of the room and shared them with the manager. The room I had needs a deep cleaning and repair. Hilton Managers need to instill attention to detail in their employees when it comes to cleaning the property. Managers need to get out of the office and constantly conduct random inspections of the rooms and property. If there is something broken or dirty get the issue resolved. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the housekeeping and condition of the room. There is no excuse for this type of issue at a Hilton Property.

On our first day of arrival, a staff member walked right into the room without knocking. I was naked at the time. They did not make up the beds or give us clean towels until I complained, and then they became defensive. Some workers started banging on walls, so we could not sleep past 8:00 am. Very frustrating, and I will not stay again.

The toilet was unusually low. While the balcony view was amazing, the railing seemed unstable. Evening staff was very friendly, day staff not so much. There is no microwave. The pool and hot tub were very nice.
The room was very quiet and common areas very clean.

I love that the hotel is right on the beach, and that the front desk is staffed 24 hrs.
The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the pool's open til 10:00 pm so you can have a swim or soak in the whirlpool before you turn in.

This hotel looks great from the outside and pictures. However, there is no general manger at this property and no housekeeping service.
Our family stayed four nights, we had to ask 4x for them to clean our room and they only cleaned it once while we were staying there. There was a dog barking all night continuously and nothing was done . The staff up front kept apologizing but did nothing remedy the situation. There is construction on the south side of the hotel that will disturb your sleep and view.
Don’t pay for valet service because they do not provide service. The pool is very small.
In short stay away from this hotel there are a lot more in this area to choose from.

Our stay at the Hilton Melbourne Beach Oceanfront was short but left a lasting impression. The staff were friendly, the check-in process simple and our room clean. The view of the ocean from the 4th floor was beautiful. We we lucky enough to have mild temperatures in late December. We will definitely return to this hotel.
