Staff was wonderful. Room was sub par. View from room was awful. Paid several hundred per night, no microwave in room and had to pay extra to park. Just not thrilled.

The property was nice and clean. Comfortable beds and good amount of parking. I didnt like the tacos i ate for lunch. Something was bad in them and made me very sick on the last night of our stay. It happens and i dont blame them but i will be avoiding them the next time i stay. The only other thing is the property has no balconies on any of the rooms. I may have overlooked it when booking but i would still recommend staying with them.

It was good the basic rooms are pretty small but the bathrooms are really nice small pool but the beach is on the property with a few bars and dining options in the hotel overall it’s pretty modern and for a 1 day trip it was good

The property is nicely laid out close to the beach. Check-in was friendly. Room was very clean and well tended to. The $15 a night self parking fee was a surprise: just for a space in a very standard parking lot. You can’t really get to the hotel without a car, so this acts as one of those ugly hidden fees. The walk to the beach is short but when you get there and ask for an umbrella, you are sent back to the hotel to pay for it… why not a warning sign at the hotel by the hut that rents out the umbrellas? Despite these annoyances, the stay was quite pleasant.

Absolutely phenomenal service and location. All staff went above and beyond to be kind and accommodating. Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in in any hotel.We were shocked to find out that guest self-servicing laundry was free! Can't say enough good things about this place.

When we checked in they gave me a key that did not work at the door. Had to go back down to the desk to get the keys scanned again. When back to room. The keys worked this time but found out that they gave me a room that was already occupied.

Good looking building! Very clean and loved the longboard bar and grill and heated outdoor pool. Room seems quite small and NOT 2 queen beds they were full size, but we’d unpacked so didn’t want to move. Coffee maker in the room was silly small. There was no place to hang things; no towel bar for wet suits and towels.

my family and I stayed here every year when we come down to Cocoa but this year we were charged for $20 for an umbrella that they took down in 30 minutes due to wind. They should not be able to sell the umbrellas if it is windy or refund my money back. Before we arrived, we asked if we could check in early and they told us because we booked through a third-party Expedia, they could not give us that information… ok what does that have to do with anything? …still have my name and room reserved

We decided to get the cabana with buttler service. We have never done anything like it before. Brandon went out of his way to make the experience amazing. We were there for our 25th wedding Anniversary. So relaxing, and beautiful view. Watched a sunrise from our bed. The staff was amazing. The bartenders at both bars were great. Thanks for a fantastic Anniversary.

Great location and amenities Tiki bars and gelato bar was a special treat.. convenient to everything locally. Only one disappointment was the noise coming from our air conditioning unit that sounded like something was scratching all night long. I would have preferred a noisy ceiling fan at least it’s consistent. Overall a great stay!!! People were warm, friendly and very attentive 😊
