“Good 3 star+”

Good beds, comfortable room. View was looking into a huge surf shop, a little quirky but good since we needed to shop there. Restaurant with good aquarium and a Starbucks on site...good. We stayed here 2 nights one to visit Kennedy space cntr then to leave on a cruise. We took a quick walk on the beach which was down the block. Nice beach with wind.

“It was alright”

Hotel is nice and close proximity to the beach. It was perfect for us because it was close to the cruiseship terminal, and we were catching a cruise the next day.

“Enjoyed Our Stay”

Nice hotel, friendly staff especially Angel on reception he was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Lovely room looking over the Surf Shop, the only downside was no natural daylight which I did`nt like as it meant going 4 floors down and right outside to see daylight or what the weather was doing, but having said that I did know when I booked it..

Cocoa Village, All the beaches along Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island Shopping Mall, Publix Supamarkets. Lovely Walks.

“cocoa beach baby”

I love cocoa beach, we go there every year. My son wanted to stay a tthe Four Points, it was worth the money. The staff were nice as can be went out of the way to help us, the surf shop in the lobby was great to, the grill was awesome. When we go back to cocoa we will stay there for sure. Over all the weekend was well worth it.

“Great hotel!”

We stayed one day before and one day after our cruise out of Cape Canaveral. The service desk guys were very kind and helpful. The day after our cruise we arrived before a room was ready so they kept our luggage locked up for usin a side closet until the afternoon. Wonderful beds, clean rooms. Restaurant had great food. Enjoyed Starbucks and the Cocoa Beach Surf Shop within the hotel. Rented beach gear and walked to the beach . Definitely will go there again!

“The hotel was average”

We were told our room had been flooded upon check-in so they put us in a motel nearby for the first night. The location was not that close to the beach. The front desk people were friendly and nice. They forgot to clean our room one time. The view of the room looked into the store and restaurant. The room was dark, gloomy, loud fan noise in the bathroom nightly, and the air condition was very loud. I would rate this as an average hotel.

“Super nice staff, super clean, great location”

I could not have asked for a better place. This is a block away from the beach, right across from Ron Jon, IHOP, Walgreens, and the two front desk staff are two of the most friendly , accomodating gentlemen you ever want to encounter. They remember you by name and go out of their way to treat you like a VIP. This was a clean hotel, and the housekeeping staff were even cleaning the woodwork in the levators when I was there, I did not want my stay to end. . The parking is free, and the front desk gentleman made sure to tell me to park on the same level as my room. Believe me, I have stayed in hotels where the front desk do not give a darn about you after you check in. Whoever manages this property, please, know that your staff are doing their job, and go above and beyond...

“Great Affordable Hotel”

This was our second stay at Four Points and, again, we were not disappointed! For the upscale amenities and beautiful surroundings, you would expect to pay more but the prices are quite affordable. Naturally, we wish the hotel were situated closer to the beach, if not on the beach, but the distance is still very convenient. You are welcomed with valuable coupons that can be used in the restaurant and Cocoa Beach Surf Company. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. Loved how the bedroom is separated from the living area. Great for families. I absolutely have to say something about the Front Desk staff...they are wonderful!! They are warm, inviting and extremely courteous. Kyle and Allie were outstanding! They alone will bring us back. Very pleasant staff!!

Area recommendations

Melbourne or Port Canaveral. Melbourne offers a great many things to do and Port Canaveral, of course, has the Space Center. It's awe-inspiring.

“Excellent value”

Given its location, Four Points is incredibly good value. The rooms are well up to standard, the ground floor restaurant and bar is pretty good, and if you want a fuller breakfast than what Starbucks offers, there's a pancake place only a couple of blocks away. Parking is especially convenient, as are the beachwear stores (hey, it's Cocoa Beach, after all) and the pharmacies (in case you forgot to pack sunblock). The pool and jacuzzi are outdoor, and pretty small, but you'll appreciate the partial cover on those days when it rains. All in all, a good place to stay.

“Couldn't have been happier!”

There really is not anything I can complain about at this hotel. Great location, nice rooms, restaurant w/great food, Starbucks, nice little pool w/waterfall and jacuzzi. A block from the beach and grocery store and pharmacy/beer/wine store right across the street. Bonuses: huge fish tank in the lobby/restaurant areas, huge 2-floor gift shop and hotel is beautifully lit-up at night!!
